Sato Butik Otel

We booked this guesthouse because of the good reviews but we left it very disappointed. When we arrived at 2 pm the room was not ready so we left our luggages and went for a swim. When we came back we entered the room and we discovered that: 1. The room was not clean at all: with the sink very dirty, hairs all around and rotten fruit in the fridge 2. The sink was leaking water and it was flooding the bathroom 3. There was a strong smell in the room, we thought it was some floor cleaner We called the owner and he said he was going to fix it asap, so we went for a walk and for dinner. When we came back the sink was still leaking and somebody came for the first time to take a look. They said they were going to fix it the day after, the owner offered to change the room but we accepted to stay there until they fix it. When we returned we realised the smell was still very strong in the bathroom, like naphthalene (which is dangerous and not allowed in Europe). It was late so we decided to sleep and leave the day after. When we told the owner we were leaving the day after he charged us 1.5 nights, because we booked 2. Very disappointed we paid and left.
