Premier Inn Dartford

Poor really. Windows are fixed so don’t open, basic room, poor pillows, beefeater attached is expensive - business meal deal is attached to a load of upgrades. Basic for high end pub prices. Staff are friendly but simply not enough of them. Will choose elsewhere next time.

Lovely stay for one night as had been to the 02 for a concert..beds comfy and hotel very quiet. all you need for a short stay ,and ideal for bluewater shopping .. staff very friendly and helpful ,breakfast good in beefeater next door ,would stay again

The purpose of our visit was to break a long journey to a family funeral. Conveniently situated close to the M25 we booked a standard room which brought a great night’s sleep in the renown Premier Inn bed. The meal deal was great value and provided us in the joined Beefeater with good choice at dinner and all we could wish for at breakfast. Why 5 stars? The staff, particularly in Reception, could not do enough to welcome and look after us during our stay.

Trip to visit family and friends. We always stay at this hotel and was this time very disappointed. The shower had no pressure, the basin had no pressure. Cups dirty from previous guests. Slug on bathroom floor. Heating three times failed to work after reception restarted each time. Soap dispenser didn't work. We were in room 246, we were woken at 3am for about 3 hours with many sets of heavy feet in the room above and music playing. There clearly was more than 3 adults in that room! Bar area badly worn, empty area which is normally very busy. What has happened?

Checked in at Premier Inn Dartford at 3pm Thursday 5th of November 2024. In the room we found out room heating could not be switched on. Went to reception and was told they would reset the system. Waited the 15 minutes we were told to but still no heat. Repeated that exercise, waited 20 minutes, still no heat. Went back to reception and was offered a change of room, which we accepted. This room appeared to be an updated room because everything looked very new and fresh and had a more up-to-date heating controller. Again, no heat, system would only blow cold air even when heat was selected and allowed to run for an hour. At this point, we gave up and had showers in a room in which we would have liked to have had some heat. It was warmer in the corridors than in our room. Reception staff were excellent in trying to obtain heating but they seem to have been unable to for some reason out of their control. Otherwise, room and hotel generally very good, very clean.

Very nice staff. The place is a bit out of the way but close to Bluewater and lakeside shopping centres. Unfortunately they don't have decaffeinated tea or coffee so bring your own. Apparently they have not had any for several months. The food is very good and the beds are a welcome bonus. Only Guinness as a beer on draught the rest is lager.. typical of modern restaurants.
