Property was nice, but would not say that I got full value for the money I paid for my room. I was told the night before I could get late check out, but did not.

This is hands down the best hotel I have ever been too. The customer service is top notch. I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel staff was great and the hotel was very nice. The coffee shop was also great! We utilized the driving service that they offer on a first come first served basis within 3 miles and it was a great experience. They even took time to find a great area for our family photo in the lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

We celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary here and there was no mentioning this from the staff. Other places we have stayed in the past there was an effort made to help us celebrate so this was disappointing. Also in the room the mini fridge didn’t work and the handle to the bathroom sink fell off. So we had asked for ice to be brought to the room and they were able to accommodate but then after 30 minutes after the first ice was brought we were interrupted by someone else bring ice to the room. Also the staff wanted to send someone to work on the mini fridge at 7-8 pm. Hard pass, but the person on the phone insisted on sending someone and I had to insist multiple times to keep her from sending someone. Just weird. Also, over cooked and dry food from the restaurant. So not worth the price…

the property was nice but small appliances (although small) some were not working which could make a place go from a 8 to a 10 just from little stuff like that. Additionally the hotel is downtown so it’s busy all the time and sometimes not the best crowd.

The restaurants were top notch, we definitely made use of the rooftop pool and the staff was superb. Thank you to Amal and Ella for accommodating us, I loved my room and everything was beyond our expectations. This is definitely my go to whenever I’m in Dallas

At first the staff is unable to find my booking even I provided detail of ******* booking which is scare. I told him this is from ******* and after 6 mins he can find. Next time ******* should reach out to hotel to ensure the hotel staff knows how to do job. This gives bad reputation of both hotel and *******.

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. We were extremely pleased with the customer service and first impressions. Ashely S. at check-in was one of the most welcoming, friendly and professional advocate I have experienced upon arrival. Her positive attitude and attentiveness made a major impact on our stay after long travels. Customer service goes a long way and people cherish to be treated kindly. We had a loft suite- lots of square footage but very quirky- the room had no coffee machine or hot water pot- - the valet guys were great not the lot is three blocks away and it took 15+ minutes to get the car a couple of times
