Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet. Es liegt direkt über der March Street. Vom Hotel aus dauert es 7 bis 8 Minuten, bis zum Cangshan Gate zu laufen. Sobald ich an der Tür des Hotels ankam, wurde ich von einem Einheimischen herzlich begrüßt, der mich ins Hotel führte. Der Service an der Rezeption war schnell und die Hoteleinrichtungen und anderen Dienstleistungen wurden kurz und bündig vorgestellt. Der einzige Fehler ist, dass das Zimmer zu neu ist und schlecht riecht. Ich habe an der Rezeption darum gebeten, einen Luftreiniger einzubauen, und das Hotel hat es wie versprochen arrangiert!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und es ist sehr praktisch, ein Taxi in die antike Stadt zu nehmen. Nach dem Einchecken können Sie Ihr Gepäck abstellen, eine Weile durch die antike Stadt spazieren und köstliches Essen genießen! Obwohl es neu eröffnet ist, riecht es nicht, ich habe gehört, dass es speziell zur Entfernung von Formaldehyd entwickelt wurde, und die Serviceeinrichtungen sind vollständig! Vor dem Einchecken wurde mir gesagt, dass es seit ein paar Tagen geregnet hat und es im Cangshan-Berg schneit. Vom Zimmer aus kann man die Schneelandschaft direkt sehen, und auch die Aussichtsplattform im vierten Stock ist wunderschön.

The hotel was beautiful, with great views and spacious rooms. It had a lift, which was especially convenient for our 3 large suitcases. The old town was about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My family n I had a lovely time staying at Hilton Garden Inn Ancient City for 3 nights . It’s up along the bustling 三月街 with lots of restaurants n street food but the hotel environment is very quiet n peaceful n safe . The location is within walking distance to Dali Ancient City as well . Behind the hotel is spectacular ChangSan mountain . The front office staffs were amazing ! Shawn , Amy, Vicky & Ella were so patient n helpful with answering all my queries on how to order food delivery as we arrived late at night . Shawn even let us used his phone to order food n recommended restaurants that’s good . The hotel’s only restaurant only serves buffet breakfast. His team shown lots of initiative and good customer service attitude that I find lacking in most hotels in Yunnan. They are always so welcoming with a big smiles on their faces . Room was super spacious n clean with partial view of Er Hai . It’s equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay . Big tv with Local Tv channels only . We slept well as the bed was super comfy . There’s a balcony with insect screen as well as day n night curtain. Breakfast spread offers western n local delights with live egg n noodle stations . I’m glad I chose this hotel instead of one in the city . The air is fresher here , no tall buildings around so relaxing . Overall a great stay n we’ll be back again !

The hotel qas very new and clean. Staff was very helpful. There was a baby cot that our child really loved. Will return in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton. We had a free room upgrade with a mesmerising Mountain View . The service was impressive , the staff were all very polite and accommodating. A special mention to Justin & Rainbow, they consistently monitored our well-being even after we had checked-out of the hotel.

The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and the environment of the room in good condition. It is near to Dali Ancient City is within few minutes walk.

The hotel is located at the beginning of 三月街，it is just a 15 mins stroll to Dali Old Town, there are plenty of eateries and shops along the way. Once a week, there will be a flea market along this street (closed to traffic) where you can find vendors selling different types of crafts, food and fruits, it is an interesting experience browsing through the stalls. The hotel room have been refurbished in late 2024, so they are new and comfortable. The front desk also offers limousine services at reasonable pricing (highly recommended to book a car for day tour in Dali). The buffet breakfast is also good. Vicky 张亚琪 and Venessa 周丽丽 from the front desk are very friendly and helpful to recommend us places of interests and restaurants. Their service is excellent, making our stay in Dali even more memorable!

Room n location are good. Only complaints the pillow too soft

Twin bed room size and buffet breakfast spread were good. Walking distance to ancient city. Will choose this hotel again. Street market from local was fantastic and just in front of the hotel.

Loved the staff at the front desk who checked us in and took good care of us. Rainfall was friendly and efficient. Thank you. The room was clean and adequate. Also the breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. We will be back soon, and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
