Communication: Outstanding services. The host, Xuanxuan, went above and beyond. She speaks English well, maintains good communication, and assisted me so much to plan my trip even before I arrived in Dali. She also helped me to arrange a car for a day tour. Even she picked me up and accompanied me for the day tour and taking photo of me. There was a time that my Wechat n Alipay had issues, she accompanied me to withdraw money from ATM. Location: within the anxient town, close to Halal restaurant (Xuanxuan showed me how to go there). The Inn also close to Erhai Lake. The Inn has a rooftop, you can see beautiful scenery and the house of Bai people. The room: very clean. My room is located in the second floor. Xuanxuan helped me to carry my luggages. She also gave me flower cake and fruit. Overall, I love her hospitality. I will stay again when I go to Dali in the future.

Where do I begin?? The host Xuan Cuan is kind and professional. The hotel is clean, easy to find, and in a great location. The rooms are spacious, airy, great lighting and a very comfortable bed. The rooftop has amazing views of Cangshen Mlungain. HOST can Cuan English is fantastic, and she offered dinner at a very reasonable price. Also offered free grapes throughout my stay, and even some grapes as a gift for my travels when I left. The hospitality at Tea Party Hotel is 10 out of 5 stars! I will not forget my stay here, and I will definitely be coming back. The location is perfect, being just a street iver from the rhe main road. This means it is easy to get around Dali ancient city, but less noise at night, compared to other inns on the main road. I slept so peacefully here. Very comfortable and felt like home.

Nice accommodation right near the ancient city. Clean room, the window in the bathroom was a bit stiff but it still worked well. The receptionist was very nice

Super new and clean place, location near the heart of old town, easy to wandering around. The host is helpful and supportive. Everything is nice with appropriate price. Great experience, I highly recommend!

前台小姐姐人非常nice，到的時候把一切都準備就緒給我們入住，我們退房時也耐心幫我們搬下行李，還洗藍莓給我們吃，非常棒的一次體驗

蠻不錯的，乾淨衞生，出行方便，也比較安靜。

古城內外的交通都是個屎，行人、電瓶車/摩託、三輪車、汽車沒有一個守規矩的，還有每個垃圾桶垃圾站都一塌糊塗，不能好好扔嗎？節日人多還漲價，這些疊加起來，我要説大理古城不如不去。唯一的亮點大概是特地給我煮了紅糖水，謝謝老闆。

真實太棒了。客棧的大家都很熱情，房間乾淨，從房間裏面能看到寺廟的紅牆，就在古城裡麪，好找，邊上好多好吃的。整天在客棧裏窩着和大家聊天，感覺這就是理想中的大理啊。順帶一提完全沒想到客棧還能拼飯伙食那麼好還那麼好吃！完全不想出去吃了～

很漂亮的白族風格小樓民宿，位置也挺好去周邊吃飯很方便，在樓頂可以看到整座蒼山很漂亮。

客棧環境不錯 老闆和老闆娘人都挺好玩的晚上一塊喝酒挺有意思 這次是一個人出行機緣巧合定了這家 物超所值 床睡着巨舒服 聽説都是定製的床墊（好想偷一個帶回家）

聽我説神仙民宿~ 神仙老闆娘~ 春節期間200多能住到環境這麼好的民宿 真的非常不容易 我自己粗心定錯了時間 在不知道我是否會取消住宿的前提下 花費一個多小時給我到處找人 不斷打電話發微信訊息 聯繫可以住的房間 而且特別説明不能讓老闆加價 過年期間雲南房間多可怕 大家都是知道的 真的很感動 我和我老公嘴巴笨 但是真的心裏非常的感動 衹能寫下評論感謝 下次如果還有機會 一定還去住！！！！

衞生：很乾凈 環境：位於古城街巷內部，遠離商業街的喧囂，不吵 服務：如果停車稍遠，有貼心幫忙騎車運行李進店的服務 設施：有浴缸、懸浮床

環境很好，是雲南白族特色的民宿，超有感覺，老闆人很熱情房間很新很乾凈睡起來舒服設施齊全，喝了老闆泡的茶哈哈，下次還來喝
