This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Kons sind seine kleinen Toilettengrößen. Es gibt nicht viel Raum, um einmal in der Innenstadt zu drehen und es wird eine Katastrophe für übergewichtige Gäste sein. Sein Design von zwei Schiebetüren, die am Diagonalpunkt schließen, ist nicht bewundernswert und die Schiebetüren sind kaum geschlossen! Der schlimmste Teil? Das Badezimmer Lichtstrahlt durch die Glastür (obwohl designiert verdorrt) trennen sie und das Schlafzimmer!! Vielleicht gut für eine Person, aber sicherlich nicht nein für 2 zu teilen! Zögern Sie, zurückzukommen.

3층 디럭스 패밀리 시티뷰룸 묵었어요 콜린호텔도 보이고 뷰 좋아요 방도 욕실도 엄청 넓구 가족단위가 쓰면 좋을거 같아요! 엄청 깔끔하구 조식도 종류가 많진 않지만 다 맛있었어요 나중에 1박을 2인실 두개로 묵었는데 1층방들은 담배냄새도 조금 나고 너무 좁고 낙후되어있어서 아쉬웠어요 호텔위치는 조금 올라가야하지만 3층을 묵는다면 그정도 가치는 충분할거 같아요! 단1층은 비추!

Die Fähigkeit des Englischen des Hotelpersonals sieht nicht gut aus, aber sie waren freundlich. So passierte Misskommunikation oft. Aber die Lage ist nicht schlecht(Eigentlich keine gute Landschaft/keine perfekte Lage in Dalat) Der Spa war gut. Aber der Rest war mir so.

This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

Gute Punkte: 1. Lage: Nahe dem Stadtzentrum, aber in der gleichen ruhigen Nacht. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Nachtmarkt. Nahe vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. 2. Freundliches Personal 3. Sehr sauber. 4. Denken Sie, das Blatt ist angeboten, da Da Lat in der Nacht ziemlich kalt ist. 5. Jedes Bett erhält sein eigenes Licht, zwei Strompunkte und eine lange Schranke. 6. Geben Sie einen schönen Blick vom Balkon. 7. Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett ist komfortabel. 8. Nice Design. Bad Punkte: 1. Keine Spaltung von Dusche und Toilette. Das WC wird nach Dusche nass. 2. Die Gummi-Bin im WC sollte jeden Tag gereinigt werden, da das Toilettenpapier nicht in den Toilettenschrank geworfen werden kann. 3. Sicherheit : Die Verwendung des ”Schlüssels” für den Aufzug ist für das Schlafzimmer ziemlich dumm. Zunächst sind alle Schlafzimmer nicht verschlossen und können von den Außenstehenden leicht zugänglich durch die Treppen. So, eigentlich sind die Schlafzimmer überhaupt nicht sicher. Aber gleichzeitig fügt das Hostel ein ”Sicherheitssystem” für den Aufzug hinzu, wo die Schlüsselkarte für den Aufzug nur Zugang zum Boden und zum Boden, in dem Sie lebten. Das bedeutet, Sie brauchen eine ”Schlüsselkarte” Wenn Sie zu Ihrem Schlafzimmer gehen müssen/ gehen (aber gleichzeitig sind die Schlafzimmer nicht sicher), was es für mich ungünstig macht. Also, Ich empfehle entweder die Entfernung des Schlüsselkartensystems für den Aufzug, oder das Schlüsselkartensicherheitssystem direkt auf das Zimmer des Schlafzimmers hinzufügen. 4. Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel in der Nacht. 5. Es wird großartig, wenn sie Eier für ihr Frühstück erhalten Option.

Das Hotelpersonal trägt Ihren Koffer auf Ihr Zimmer. Sie geben auch Erklärungen zur Nutzung der Zimmerausstattung. Mir wurde der 3. Stock zugewiesen und das Zimmer und das Badezimmer hatten große Fenster und Türen. Man hat einen Panoramablick und das Gefühl der Offenheit ist das Beste. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die große Fenster mögen! Ich kann die Windböen und das Krähen der Hähne im Morgengrauen hören. (Bitte beachten Sie dies, wenn Sie geräuschempfindlich sind) Da es neu gebaut ist, ist es sauber und hat vor allem einen Blick auf das Restaurant, in dem man frühstückt. Es ist das Beste!!! Auf drei Seiten offen! Auch die Reisnudeln waren sehr lecker. Vor allem das Huhn! Auch Früchte wie Mango und Drachenfrucht sind frisch. Es wäre toll, wenn du dich beim Frühstück entspannen möchtest ^^

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, urige Zimmer – das ist das perfekte Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp bei Ihrem Besuch in Dalat. Ich blieb nach einer Geschäftsreise ein paar Tage länger und das Personal gehörte zu den nettesten und hilfsbereitesten, die ich auf all meinen Reisen erlebt habe.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!!
