Are you not aware that i couldn’t check at aurika lemon tree as the hotel is in maintenance. You had not informed me about it and had to wait for you to get alternative accommodation, which has incurred me loss due to difference in hotel rates. Since i had paid the full amount i didn’t expect any problem,

Hotel located at a convenient location for me. Room was clean and tidy. But cookies platter on the offer as per the booking confirmation never given despite reminding 3 times. Also breakfast never starts at the stipulated time of 7. 30 am. Had to miss breakfast on the last day of stay since i was in a hurry to catch a train. Also service at the veg restaurant is pathetic.

Das Hotel ist tiefer Komfort und ist günstig gelegen. Das Zimmer, in dem ich war, war relativ groß, um drei Personen bequem zu beherbergen. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und hatte schöne Umgebung. Das Schlafzimmer ist gut konzipiert und sauber. Hauspflege ist hervorragend. Die Restaurants sind großartig. würde sicherlich wieder besuchen 👍🏽
