It’s a shame that they keep this beautiful old house in such poor condition. The rooms are dated and it looks like the found the sofa at a flea market. But the worst thing was the rude personnel. Our room was only made up for one person when we arrived. I immediately went down to the reception and asked for another set of bedding and towels. Half an hour later nothing had happened so I went down again to ask the receptionist who was on the phone in personal calls and I was addressed with “but you’re not going to sleep now anyway”. And I said in fact I had planned to take a nap and a shower after my long trip please and thank you. The receptionist then brought the bedding and continued to scold me and call me rude. This is not how you treat a guest at your hotel. One of the worst services I’ve received in Germany.
