Sehr schönes Hotel im kolonialen Stil.....gute Lage an einem schönen Strandabschnitt......alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Großes Zimmer, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Safe, Fernseher mit tv5monde, sehr gutes WLAN. Wunderschöner Pool auf dem Dach. Asiatisches Frühstücksbuffet. Spiegeleier/Omelett auf Anfrage. Abseits gelegenes Hotel an der Ecke zweier stark befahrener und daher sehr lauter Straßen. Mir hat dieses Hotel trotz (sehr) frühem Aufstehen sehr gut gefallen!

Bad experience.. we booked king size bed but the room they gave us is 2 single beds stick together, deluxe room on photos has bathtub but actually not. We got see view but it didn’t look like the picture on website… we alr complained that to the reception but they didn’t do anything. Anw the others staffs are helpful and friendly, room is clean and tidy.

Perfect room for people who like to get out and about, only problem is the water pressure in the bathroom is really low so you feel like you’re washing with a woollen hose. Breakfast is decent, not the greatest but easy going.

Come here to visit my biz partner, her home is just nearby. The location is strategic nearby to the beach and at the historic street with a legend poetry statue just in front of the hotel.. Food is well classified as halal and non halal and very clean. Free breakfast is enough for a person to stay full a day

Poor cleanliness. After Shower, whole bathroom is wet, poor drainage. Toilet flushing takes a while to refill.

The best choice in Da nang. With a welcome fresh orange juice at entrances. Baggage handler taking your luggage to your villa. Giving you all the amenities compliment. A great escape island for you and your family to enjoy and live the moments. Overall loved it. Trust me the best option in da nang.

Positive: The staff at Sea Phoenix are genuinely great. Super friendly, chatty, and always up for making your stay pleasant. And despite the bathtub lies, the rooms are actually quiet and clean. So, if you can get past the whole bait-and-switch game with the amenities, it's not a terrible place to crash after a day of exploring Da Nang. Just don’t expect luxury for free—this place charges for dreams. Negative: if you're tempted to book a superior room because they flaunted a bathtub in the photos, don't hold your breath. You’ll end up with a tiny shower instead. Also, that fancy sauna they show off? It's as good as a mirage. Try accessing it and you'll find it's turned off and locked behind a paywall. You’ve got to cough up 300k for two people and book it 30 minutes in advance.

The room is the same as the pictures. You have a wonderful view of the city streets and the sea as well. The breakfast buffet is not too diverse. You can use the gym and the pool in the hotel.

Room is clean, nice breakfast, service good but most of workers don’t understand English but it’s ok. Location is quite far from beach
