Hotel Raymi

For the price, this wasn't a bad hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was well-located near the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are a bit cramped, but they are clean. Breakfast was included. Nothing to write home about, but adequate. Hot water was a bit hard to come by. One of the things this hotel really needs to change is the carpet. I don't know why a hotel in this climate would choose to install carpet instead of tile is beyond me, but it was old and smelled. They really need to either replace the carpet with new or get rid of it entirely and put in tile floors. Para el precio, este hotel no estuvo mal. El staff es acogedor y atento. Está bien situado cerca de La Plaza de Armas. Las habitaciones estaban un poco apretadas pero estaban limpios. El desayuno está incluído pero no fue nada espectacular. Hay escacez de agua caliente. Los pisos del hotel estaba alfombrados. Para que en ese clima no tengo la menor idea, pero fue una mala idea. Estaban gastadas y apestaban. El hotel necesita reemplazarlas o mejor, pone azulejos en los pisos.

The rooms are good, though nothing outstanding. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful: for example, Flor Edilson made breakfasts much more enjoyable. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I can certainly recommend this hotel to visitors to Cusco.

Our flight arrived earlier than expected to Cusco. Orlando and Priscilla went above and beyond to get us to our room earlier than anticipated and they even brought us an oxygen tank to help with my husbands headache. The place was very clean and the staff was amazing. We highly recommend Cusco’s Hotel Casa Andina.
