What a fantastic and welcoming Hotel nestled in the city of Cusco the hotel was welcoming, warm and charming and a true 5 star experience, having spent three nights in this amazing place visiting Machu Picchu and other well know landmarks, the hotel made the return each day pleasurable. It had very large and generous rooms amazing comfortable beds huge bathrooms and facilities A highly recommended stop during your travels here, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was close to the hotel and all within walking distance with many restaurants and bars to frequent. A safe and enjoyable experience

After many days in Peru, this hotel provided wonderful respite and beauty. I can honestly say I’ve never had such amenities in a room: two robes, one plush and one silky - hot water bottles nestled into your bed before turndown — and on and on. The embroidered linens, courtyards, and flowers are utterly charming.

The Belmond stay was amazing. 5 * or more experience. The Staff could not do enough for you. The rooms are well appointed, including decanters of spirits. I will definitely be back to Cusco and certainly pick Palacio Nazarenes.

Saul is very nice staff in here. I was impressed because of him. He is very kind and making comfort. This hotel is wonderful in cusco. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Also, nice interior. Out side is Inka style, Inside some part of Inka style but also convenient and modern.

It’s difficult to put in writing just how special this properly is, but I will try! I travel extensively throughout the world and have stayed at plenty of luxury/high end hotels and this Belmond property ranks in the top 3. It is a gorgeous property with a rich history, right in the heart of Cusco. When you enter the hotel, you’re transported to a different world from the hustle & bustle of Cusco. I traveled here with my mother, who had never stayed a property of this price point and couldn’t understand why anyone would pay for it, but she’s a convert after experiencing Palacio Nazarenas. The attention to detail and the proactiveness in anticipating guest needs is unparalleled. A stand out team member was Freddy, who consistently anticipated our needs and made outstanding suggestions without being prompted. He was so incredibly kind and made us feel like family. The general manager, Mauricio, also came to the rescue with a solution due to a mobility issue with my mother. He went above and beyond to put us at ease, and truly it saved our vacation. Before we got there, I spoke a few times with Omar who was also incredibly helpful in directing us towards finding a solution for activities due to the last minute nature of our trip. A major highlight was the incredible heated pool, which looked even better in person than in the pictures. The rest of the team, from the manager to the housekeepers, are so incredibly warm and have a heart to serve. These people will bend over backwards to make you comfortable. It’s just unparalleled service. If you have any issues, as with any Belmond property, ask for assistance and you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to return with my spouse and spend more time in this special place.
