Hotel Sassongher

Ich habe selten ein so ungerechtfertigtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gefunden, auch weil das Hotel alt, mit Retro-Geschmack eingerichtet und manchmal störend ist (ich füge Fotos bei). WELLNESS: AUF DER WEBSITE WIRD KEIN BEAUTY-CENTER BEFÖRDERT. Entgegen den Angaben auf der Website Die Website, die Behandlungen für Gesicht, Hände, Füße und verschiedene Schönheitsbehandlungen fördert (ich füge Fotos bei) ES GIBT KEIN SCHÖNHEITSZENTRUM. An der Rezeption sagten sie mir, dass es aus der Covid-Zeit stammt. Deshalb hinterlassen sie seit 3 ​​Jahren falsche Informationen auf der Website, was ebenfalls irreführend ist. ACHTUNG: SPA AM MORGEN GESCHLOSSEN. Aber in wie vielen anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels öffnet das Spa schon um 15 Uhr? Es stehen nur Schwimmbäder zur Verfügung, aber Sauna, Türkisches Bad... sind abgeschaltet. und wenn sie sie um 15 Uhr einschalten, dauert es eine Weile, bis sie auf den neuesten Stand kommen. Beachten Sie, dass sie um 20:00 Uhr schließen, sodass Ihr Restaurant einige Stunden am Tag verfügbar ist. Darüber hinaus ist das Spa ständig verlassen, es gibt kein Personal im Dienst und als ich darauf hinwies, dass die Handtücher draußen seien, sagten sie mir, dass diese für externe Gäste reserviert seien und dass Hotelgäste ihre Handtücher benutzen müssten. ok, aber was wäre, wenn ein externer Gast angekommen wäre? er würde keine Handtücher finden. Sie fügten sich jedoch nicht ein und er blieb ohne Handtücher. und auf jeden Fall ist es nicht die richtige Antwort: Wenn Handtücher fehlen, werden sie ergänzt. Punkt. Wir sind in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel untergebracht, das mindestens 600 Euro pro Nacht kostet. SCHLECHTES RESTAURANT: sehr teuer, mit wenig Auswahl, mittelmäßigem Essen und ohne typische Gerichte. unter anderem in 5 Minuten serviert, sodass die Gerichte im Moment nicht gekocht, sondern offensichtlich aufgewärmt sind. 3-STERNE-FRÜHSTÜCK: sehr begrenzte Auswahl, völliges Fehlen typischer Produkte (nur an einem Morgen habe ich Speck gefunden) und trotz der Käsevielfalt Die Gegend bietet nur Babybel- und Belpaese-Galbani-Käse. Als Brioche das gleiche leere (kleine) Brioche, mit Sahne oder Schokolade, ein Minimuffin und ein abgepackter Kuchen. GENUG. nicht einmal der Strudel, der mir minimal vorkommt. Eier müssen bestellt werden. ZIMMER: klein und ohne Komfort. Sie schalten die Heizkörper aus, so dass es unmöglich ist, Kleidung oder Kostüme zu trocknen. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer (den es mittlerweile auch in 3-Sterne-Hotels gibt), um sich einen heißen Kräutertee zuzubereiten und es gibt keinen Tisch (ich musste mich um zwei Arbeitssachen kümmern). Allerdings gab es in allen (und überall im Hotel) sehr viele Vasen mit künstlichen und verstaubten Blumen (ich füge Fotos bei). KASSE: Wir kamen um 6.45 Uhr zur Kasse, mussten aber warten, bis die Rezeptionistin ihren Dienst antrat 7 und schalten Sie den Computer ein. Sie sagten uns, dass wir uns bei vorzeitiger Abreise benachrichtigen müssen... es scheint mir nicht, dass 7 eine so veraltete Zeit ist... Kurz gesagt, NICHT EMPFOHLENES HOTEL, Wahnsinnige Preise und unvergesslicher Service (ich werde andere Episoden übersehen der Ungeschicklichkeit).

Nicht schlecht, wenn es ein 4-Sterne-Hotel gewesen wäre, aber weit davon entfernt, ein Luxushotel zu sein. Die 5 Sterne sind unerklärlich. Gewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet, das klassische süße/herzhafte, das wir in jedem Mittelklassehotel finden können. Restaurant, was soll ich sagen ... sehr normal, unprätentiös mit etwas altmodischen Präsentationen. Ein Detail... Tischdecke in der Cocktailbar ausgebessert... Ungefährer Concierge und Personal nicht so aufmerksam, wie es in dieser Hotelkategorie sein sollte. Wir werden auf keinen Fall wiederkommen....

This hotel has it all; great service, friendly and helpful staff, amazing facilities, great food and beautiful views. The food was delicious with lots of choice every day, choosing from 5 different starters and 5 different main courses as well as a salad bar and desert buffet. The wellness areas are beautiful and well equipped. I loved the aroma and menthol shower. Staff were super helpful in arranging anything you might need and the shuttle bus was always ready to pick you up or take you anywhere in town. Thanks for a wonderful stay to all the staff at Hotel Sassongher. I will be back to beautiful Corvara.

These folks are magnificent ; as is the accommodations and food!! It’s one of the fondest vacation memories I have and we WILL be returning!!!! You will NOT find any place where the food is better, where the staff is better, or where you can still receive the “old world” customer service like you will find here with Saro, Ebrahiem, Franchesca, Regina, and the owners! Gratzié!!!!

This is a classic luxury alpine hotel over looking the town of Corvara, a resort in the Dolomites. We were there in the off season, but this hotel oozes elegance and charm. You can tell that the staff in all areas have been there for a long time and that this is a family affair, one run with precision and attention to service. We didn’t use many of the amenities of the hotel, but they have an indoor pool, children’s area, roof jacuzzi, sauna and outside deck. Just beautiful. Our room overlooked the valley with an ample balcony. The closets were beautiful wood armoires. The entire hotel is decorated with treasures, old sewing machines (above shoe shine areas), flowers and pictures in the hallways, and the walls are painted indicating the rooms. The restaurant matrie d’ showed us the original room of the hotel, a lovely stubl. Our room was also beautifully painted with borders around the ceiling and one surrounding a large painting on the wall. I also have to give a huge credit to the concierge, Paula, who was so helpful and informative with all kinds of information which made the visit so much better. She showed us hikes, and the best restaurant for an alpine dish called Kaiserschmarrn (which people describe as a special pancake…Google it to understand what it is). I will only tell you that is certainly one of THE dishes to try in the Dolomites. Ironically, that restaurant did not have it on the menu, but you could order it and she was absolutely right, it was one of the best we had. She also went so far as to recommend places on the way to our next destination so we could enjoy our travels. So kudos to the Sassongher for sharing their elegant alpine “home” with guests and for having someone as wonderful as Paula to help them.

We stayed at a convenient appartment :Chalet Christina. The cleaning was excellent and shuttle service to the slopes and back was very convenient. Very friendly staff. Beautifull wellness center. Kitchen equipment could have been a little better, but was Ok.

Great food and superb staff - faultless service in fact. Piano bar was fun except the pianist was banned from using his electric guitar which he was brilliant at. This a place where you have to ski hard every day or you end up eating to the point when you finish your holiday you’ll simply roll down the hill shaped like a sphere. Seriously though staying in this hotel is slightly like being in a parallel universe. It’s not that you’re in a skiing hotel with no grit on the floor (rare) or that the shuttle vans materialise as you take your skis off at the bottom of the lift, or that the barman turns your G&T into a work of art, it’s that all the waiters look the SAME. Seriously. But they’re all terrific you just need to concentrate hard on whether it is Matteo or Ibrahim who is persuading you to have another 3 courses. The paintings were lovely. There was perhaps decor overkill on the bows and frills and China dolls but hey, that just reminds you that the ‘80s were a grossly overlooked decade. The only slight problem with this review is that the hotel deserves a 5 star rating but that means no one will read it. Perhaps I should give it a one star review (Terrible) but write the same words. Then it’ll get the accolade it deserves.

The hotel's wellness facilities were fantastic. "Saro" who worked in the bar made our trip with his humour and continued care. He provided us with breakfast at 05:00 for an early bike departure and had beers waiting for our return. Always chatty and creating fun moments "Cha" in the restaurant was exemplary with his manners and care. He provided our "Magical" omelettes with the chef, everything was possible with him. These two employees need to be applauded as they stood out far and above to make our trip a fun one.

Beautiful, romantic, large rooms, real luxury! Friendly staff, great bar,& gourmet food. A gorgeous large hot tup with mountains views, out standing wellness center. If all day sling wasn’t a workout enough, you can work out sone more at the well gym. I would love to come back here.
