Hockey team was there and they were very loud I made many complaints as well as others but nothing was done. They were playing floor hockey in the halls, banging sticks together and hitting balls down the hall. As well as them running down the hall all night and up and down the stairs. They were jumping off the wheel chair lift in the pool and swinging the lift making it unsafe for my kids to play in the pool. And there was dog pool all over the hotel. Pool light was turned off so we could hardly see. Pool was cold. But other than that it was ok.

Hotel check-in was smooth. Rooms as expected. No complaints.

從蒙特利爾到多倫多中間停留一晚，房間很大很寬敞，佈局合理，非常新的酒店，衞生很乾凈，開車到千島湖一個半小時，很滿意！

처음가보는호텔 리뷰가 좋아서 출장중에 한번 들려봄 완전 깨끗하고 좋음 아침도 주고 아쉬운거는 운동시설이 조금 아쉬움

새건물이라 전부 다 깨끗하고 조식도 좋았어요.
