Brenda checked us in after a very long drive. She gave us excellent …prompt customer service. She even recommended a place where we could get our oil changed in car that was nearby. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. ( comforter did have a burn hole in it). No big deal. Our major complaint is the air quality within the halls and dining area. The smell was so freaking overwhelming that we could still smell it in our room. I have a lung condition and this was an over powering scent. Wall units put this smell in the air and it permeates all over. I have a lung condition and this gave me a nauseous headache and neither of us slept well due to that stench like cleaning fluid! Ruby checked us out and also ran front desk and was very efficient at both. We would hope that management realizes that the potent smell makes it hard for some people and they would tone these down by 80% so people and pets can breathe!!!!
