JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

FFazal IInsgesamt war mein jüngster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel eine positive Erfahrung. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und untergebracht, so dass ich mich von der Ankunft begrüßt fühle.
Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend, mit leichten Zugang zu Restaurants in Fußabstand zum Essen. Obwohl das Hotel so nah an diesen Einrichtungen war, blieb das Hotel selbst ruhig und ruhig, so dass eine ruhige Nacht schlafen konnte.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut gepflegt, mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt.
Das Frühstück war grundlegend, aber zufriedenstellend, mit einer anständigen Auswahl an Optionen zu wählen.
Der Flughafenshuttle und der Preis waren die Hauptgründe, warum ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe.
Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel für seine bequeme Lage, freundliches Personal und komfortable Unterkünfte.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel wurde versehentlich während der Tage des Toten gebucht, die am Wochenende im Hotel stattfand. Also, als ich ankam, war ich von vielen Teilnehmern überrascht, aber einige absolut interessante Kostüme und Leute waren da. Sogar Alice Cooper und mehrere Sternen des aktuellen Schlagfilms Terrific sahen in den Lobbys und im Restaurant hangen. Dieses Hotel liegt über die Straße vom Konventszentrum und auch im Rosemont-Theater und in der Nähe von O'Hare. Das war mein größtes Problem, so viele Lautflugzeuge über die ganze Nacht (sehr nahe) fliegen. Mein Zimmer war neben dem Rosemont-Theater und ihr sehr helles Zeichen war ein wenig irritierend, vor allem, weil die Blinden nicht den ganzen Weg aus dem Licht schließen oder mit der Lärmreduktion helfen. Wie bei den meisten besetzten Hotels, ist der unglückliche Lärm von anderen Gästen, die Türen schlafen oder duschen, etwas, das ich in einem unteren Namens-Hotel erwarten kann - leider sind auch diese Probleme an dieser Stelle vorhanden.
Mein Zimmerkauf kam mit kostenlosem Frühstücksbuffet im Restaurant, und es war absolut fantastisch. Eine breite Palette von frischem Obst und Standard-Frühstücksgerichte, alles schön und nett. Ich würde diesen Ort zum Frühstück treffen, wenn ich in der Nachbarschaft bin.
Das Personal war freundlich, nahm den Shuttle zum Hotel zurück nach O'Hare. Hat einen angemessen Größen-Indoorpool und ein paar Trainingsräume, die ich nicht verwendet hatte. Auch hatte ein Caddyshack Theme Bar und Restaurant, Essen war auch anständig dort.

MMeghan WielebskiGroßer Preispunkt! Letzte Minute mit meiner Tochter für einen Collegebesuch reiste. Das Zimmer war gut, außer für die Fan/ Heizungseinheit, die immer wieder einen lauten Klickgeräusch machte. Ich schätze, dass das Hotel uns ein Zimmer vom Aufzug entfernt gab. Großer Wasserdruck, Shampoo, Klimaanlage und Körperwasch. Parkplatz in der Nähe war ziemlich preiswert, auch mit dem Hotel-Rabatt.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

GGastnutzer酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。
但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。
訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，税費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。
退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裏免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過攜程和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。

MMark E.Insgesamt ist ein gutes Budget Suite-Hotel nach dem Abflug von einem langen Flug zu bleiben. Alles ist ziemlich Standard. Innenraum hat typische, aber datierte Dekoration dieses späten 90er Jahre Anfang 2000er Jahre. Der Thermostat im Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich älter als ich bin (Millennium), und seine Einstellungen waren begrenzt, ohne Angabe der befehlten Temperatur - nur warm oder kalt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn Sie um fast 10 Uhr anmelden. Und es gibt ein beigefügtes Outback Steakhouse, das ein Plus war, wenn man so spät checkte und nicht wollte, um zu essen gehen. Ich würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
