”Estacionamento grátis sem manobrista está disponível no local.” É o que está escrito na descrição do Hotel, porém quando voltei de uma saída noturna para guardar meu veículo, me informaram que o estacionamento estava cheio e que há estacionamento, porém, mediante disponibilidade. Tive que deixar na rua. Internet muito lenta e telefone do quarto não funcionava. De resto estava tudo dentro do normal. Bom café da manhã.

Ich fand das Hotel sehr gut, in einem anderen Hotel in BH im August war eine schlechte Erfahrung. SAN DIEGO ist sauber, neu, geräuchert, die Zimmer sind klein, aber das ist das weniger, die Korridore haben Wand, was Lärm verhindert, Kaffee ist sehr gut (nur ich mag nicht die Schmuck, die schlecht ist oder wird vorgestellt). Der Nächste hat einen McDonald's, bleibt in der Straße wenig bewegt, die Ansprechpartner sind freundlich. 3 schnelle Aufzüge, es war nie dauert, ob hoch oder runter, die Klimaanlage ist split und nicht aus dem Fenster. Schließlich, ein Standard-Hotel Stadt Tourismus, was BH nicht ist. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Ich blieb zwei Tage und reservierte zwei Zimmer für 4 Personen, 2 in jedem.

If you are a foreigner and Hilton Honors member, do not stay in this hotel. This is the second and last time I have stayed at this location. As a Hilton Honors Member, Diamond tier, we expect more from every stay. At this location, we receive less. At check-in, the receptionist does not know about the HH tiers and related benefits. We do not receive any of the perks that are available to Diamond members. The rooms are ridiculously small. The service overall is sufferable. I have been checking over the past few days to see if I received the points related to the stay, but none has been credited to my account. After contacting the hotel, they don't know how to do it and make the same excuse: despite being a Hilton hotel, their system is not integrated into the HH; therefore, there is nothing they can do about the points accrual. I stayed here in the past 18 months and the same problem happened. At some point, I resigned and gave up requesting my points. If you do not receive a service of minimal quality AND cannot accrue points for my HH account, what is the point of staying at this hotel? It is more expensive than others with similar service characteristics and delivers far less quality than others. I keep questioning if this hotel is really part of the Hilton network or just a fraud. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Ich habe für Urlaub gehostet. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Blick, Parkplatz kostet 30 Real pro Nacht, aber wenn Sie ein sehr großes Auto haben, wird es schwierig sein, zu gehen. Sie haben mir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gegeben und ich konnte nicht durch den Lärm schlafen: Nacht klar. Was die Details betrifft: schrauben blackout, kleine Unterwäsche, die nicht das Bett schüttelte, völlig schmutzig und groben Luftkontrolle. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr erfahren und verfügbar, denn der Manager ist alles außer Manager: unsachgemäß und ungünstig. Ich werde nicht zurückkommen und empfehle es nicht!

hotel é super bem localizado. Muito limpo e pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Garagem deixa um pouco a desejar... principalmente em carros maiores. num geral o hotel eh muito bom.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es eine Geschäftsreise war und es war das nächste von dem Kompromiss, den ich hatte, aber es bleibt ”isoliert” und ist nicht in der Nähe des Zentrums von BH. Die Handtücher waren sauber, aber sie hatten einen anderen und seltsamen Geruch. Die Decke war großartig und die Luft funktionierte super gut, aber es gab Rottgepäck-Marken auf den weißen Wänden, was ich für ein schlimmer pro Zimmer halten. Er war sehr dunkel, und da er auf einem hohen Stock war, hatte er keinen Lärm, der Kühlschrank funktionierte gut und war sehr nützlich. Ich hatte mehr von dem Frühstück erwartet, ich hatte im Grunde Brot und wenige Frucht- und Saftoptionen. Ich war verrückt von dem Käsebrot, aber es war kalt. Glücklicherweise beginnt der Kaffee sehr früh, um 6 Uhr, also für die Verlobten ist es großartig. Und für mich war es nur ein Tages- und Geschäftsreise.

Hotel-Desk, Parkplatz, Väterbetreuung waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Arbeitszimmer und Einrichtungen gut betreut. günstige Lage. Großes Frühstück, gutes Essen in den Restaurants - alle oben, die ich 5 Sterne geben. Die Organisation des Restaurants am Abend braucht jedoch große Aufmerksamkeit, die traurig ist, weil das Essen ausgezeichnet ist, und so gebe ich 2 Sterne wie ich hier unten beschreibe. Für unser Abendessen warten wir - und andere Gäste mehr als eine Stunde auf Essen. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie unterbesetzt waren, aber niemand ließ sich mit uns ein, und es war schwer, ihre Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten. Als unser Essen ankam, vergaßen sie das Essen meiner älteren Mutter. Wartepersonal setzte sich nicht mit uns ein - und wir fühlten uns ignoriert. Schließlich sprachen wir mit dem Personal und sie hatten das Essen meiner Mütter... ca. 45 Minuten später, wir essen eigentlich zusammen. Ich habe beim Restaurantmanager Beschwerden gestellt und ich wurde unachtsam behandelt. Ich dachte, ihr Essen müsse kompensiert werden. Seine Antwort war: „Nein - sie hat es nicht gegessen?“ Ich war von seiner Ruhe erstaunt und stand auf meinem Grund, dass ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ihre Gäste nicht so behandelt. Ein Gastgeber sah den lächerlichen Austausch und endete mit ihrem Essen. Ich bemerkte, dass auch andere Hotelgäste frustriert waren und ähnliche Fragen hatten. Zumindest war alles, was getan werden musste, um das Personal zu kommunizieren “Bitte seien Sie geduldig mit uns; waren unterbesetzt” usw. - Das hätte eine Welt von Unterschied gemacht.
