It’s a good place, comfortable, good place around de city. I think it’s important to improve de TVs, are not smart, and people of the hotel should be speake a little of English, some times it’s very important for foreign people.

Perfekte Unterkunft. Saubere Unterkunft. Komfortable Bett. effiziente Blackout. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Ruhevoller Ort. Rezeption, Frühstückspersonal, alle empathischen, anspruchsvolle und liebevollen. Sehr guter Frühstückszubereitung. Ausgezeichnete Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis.

Ich fand das Hotel sehr gut, in einem anderen Hotel in BH im August war eine schlechte Erfahrung. SAN DIEGO ist sauber, neu, geräuchert, die Zimmer sind klein, aber das ist das weniger, die Korridore haben Wand, was Lärm verhindert, Kaffee ist sehr gut (nur ich mag nicht die Schmuck, die schlecht ist oder wird vorgestellt). Der Nächste hat einen McDonald's, bleibt in der Straße wenig bewegt, die Ansprechpartner sind freundlich. 3 schnelle Aufzüge, es war nie dauert, ob hoch oder runter, die Klimaanlage ist split und nicht aus dem Fenster. Schließlich, ein Standard-Hotel Stadt Tourismus, was BH nicht ist. Leider habe ich keine Fotos gemacht. Ich blieb zwei Tage und reservierte zwei Zimmer für 4 Personen, 2 in jedem.

If you are a foreigner and Hilton Honors member, do not stay in this hotel. This is the second and last time I have stayed at this location. As a Hilton Honors Member, Diamond tier, we expect more from every stay. At this location, we receive less. At check-in, the receptionist does not know about the HH tiers and related benefits. We do not receive any of the perks that are available to Diamond members. The rooms are ridiculously small. The service overall is sufferable. I have been checking over the past few days to see if I received the points related to the stay, but none has been credited to my account. After contacting the hotel, they don't know how to do it and make the same excuse: despite being a Hilton hotel, their system is not integrated into the HH; therefore, there is nothing they can do about the points accrual. I stayed here in the past 18 months and the same problem happened. At some point, I resigned and gave up requesting my points. If you do not receive a service of minimal quality AND cannot accrue points for my HH account, what is the point of staying at this hotel? It is more expensive than others with similar service characteristics and delivers far less quality than others. I keep questioning if this hotel is really part of the Hilton network or just a fraud. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Belo Horizonte und hat sehr alte Unterkünfte. Die Rezeption ist ein wenig fehlgeschlagen. Das Zimmer, das wir waren, war geräumig, gutes Bett, alte Klimaanlage und laut. Badewanne mit guter Raum und gute Dusche, aber das Wasser passierte unter der Tür und überschwemmte das Badezimmer. Frühstück ist tertiär und vernünftig.

Ich habe für Urlaub gehostet. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Blick, Parkplatz kostet 30 Real pro Nacht, aber wenn Sie ein sehr großes Auto haben, wird es schwierig sein, zu gehen. Sie haben mir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gegeben und ich konnte nicht durch den Lärm schlafen: Nacht klar. Was die Details betrifft: schrauben blackout, kleine Unterwäsche, die nicht das Bett schüttelte, völlig schmutzig und groben Luftkontrolle. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr erfahren und verfügbar, denn der Manager ist alles außer Manager: unsachgemäß und ungünstig. Ich werde nicht zurückkommen und empfehle es nicht!

Wir haben von 13/10/21 bis 07/02/22 gearbeitet, alles passierte sehr gut. 1) altes Zimmer, aber alles funktioniert, sehr sauber und Marcia machte unverschämt. 2) die Rezeption sind alle sehr nett (Ich werde nicht Namen nennen, weil ich jemanden vergessen kann) 3 Das Frühstücks- und eine Show zum Teil, Michele und Damare sind ein paar Liebe, Michele hat mich gezwungen, die Brüste zu machen, die mein Mann Marcos geliebt hat. 3) zwei Bemerkungen: a) Einwegbecher kann kontraproduktiv sein, aber nicht freundlich zur Natur, könnten Glasbecher für den Saft verwenden. b) Das Kaffeesalon, das mit einer schrecklichen Infiltration, die nass/befestigte Wand für den, der Renitis hat, ist ein Albtraum, Ich hoffe, Sie reparieren. nächste Arbeit in Betim, Samba wird unsere Haltestelle
