Front desk was really friendly and location is close to campus but that is about all I can say about our stay here. When we checked in for the game they didn't inform us that they would be running a shuttle to the game so by the time we saw them they were all booked up. We had friends to our room the first night for pizza and beer. The next morning I requested housecleaning for the room because we had pizza boxes and empty beer bottles and no clean towels. The response was sorry you aren't eligible for housekeeping until the next day! So I explained and they didn't care, their response was set the trash in the hallway and come down to the front desk for clean towels. For over $300 a night, I wasn't expecting to do my own room cleaning, trash removal and towel service! Yes, they jack the room rates up over double for game weekends (I think that's called gouging).

Die Einrichtungen sind gut eingerichtet und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind gut. Der Standort befindet sich direkt hinter der Fisher Business School im nördlichen Bereich der Schule, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl kein Frühstück angeboten wird, befindet sich im ersten Stock ein Restaurant. Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass die Matratze und die Kissen zu weich und unbequem sind.

Obwohl ich schon über Trip.com bezahlt habe wurde mir das Zimmer nochmal vom hotel abgezogen und als ich ihnen erklärt e dass ich schon bezahlt hätte wurde mir gesagt das dies storniert wurde aber nächste tag habe ich wider eine Nachricht meiner Bank erhalten das mir das Zimmer eider verrechnet wurde also insgesamt musste ich das zimmer 3 mal zahlen. Ich würde nicht mehr Dort einchecken da es mit sehr vielen Umständen verbunden ist. Ab 09:00 früh wird es laut da das personal beim reinigen der zimmer laute Musik hört etwas nervig muss ich sagen.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, das Design muss schön sein und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Es ist ein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück. Es ist sehr gut, ein Menü nach Ihrem Geschmack zu bestellen. Das Haus hat ein Sofa. Es ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, wenn ein Kellner ins Zimmer kommt, um das Sofa zu öffnen und es aufzuziehen. I was at the bar with my girlfriend (USA), they took care of us very well, Manuel approached us to welcome us, he spoke to us in two languages Spanish and English I felt very comfortable because in the conversation it is of the same nationality (Peru), it is the first time we went and we want to return soon, all the service and the room was A1

I would give this hotel a 3.5 for this trip if I could. I will first start out by saying this hotel is nice. I found it to be very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great and by many fun things and restaurants. The employees were very friendly as well. We usually frequent the Holiday Inn on E. Broad Street in Columbus and always have a good time. We love the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. I chose this hotel because I figured it would be even better than the E. Broad location. The top things I was looking for was a good breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Which is why I chose to stay with a Holiday Inn. None of the three things we were looking forward to were satisfactory. The hot tub was dismantled, the breakfast was cold, and my 9 year old wouldn't even swim in the pool because it ”looked bad.” It's fair to mention that she LOVES to swim so it was weird she wouldn't even step foot in the pool. The breakfast has always been phenomenal at Holiday Inn. We really enjoy the hot breakfast choices, so it was a big disappointment when the ”hot items” were cold. We ended up skipping breakfast the second day because it wasn't worth waking up early for. Also worth mentioning, though probably not the hotel's fault, the electricity went out three times in one night. We were trying to watch Stranger Things since there was nothing else to do at the hotel and we ended up giving up after it went out for the third time. Employees were apologetic, which I do appreciate. So basically we chose this hotel as a quick stay-cation after we had to cancel our camping trip to Michigan. (Thanks, gas prices!) We ended up spending almost the entire time just in the room watching TV, which is definitely not what we had planned for. I could have saved hundreds of dollars and did that at home. :) If the hot tub and pool had been operational and in good shape, we would have been perfectly pleased. Had this been the case, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. I really do appreciate the kind employees and the cleanliness, but this just wasn't worth the money this time.

Nicht schlecht. Vollgefühlt!

Ein großes Hotel mit einem Personal, das so freundlich ist, vor allem Sarah hat immer ein Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht und so sehr hilfreich wir nur eine Nacht geblieben und hatten ein wunderbares Frühstück und unser Zimmer war gut, aber sicherlich in diesem Bereich wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Sarah, du bist ein Fitnessstudio für Marriott

Dies ist ein erstaunlicher neuer Eigentum in einem schönen Teil der Stadt. Wir sind große Bonvoi-Reisende und dies ist eine Top-Option, vor allem für den Mittelwesten. wunderschöne Aussichten auf den Fluss und Brücken, großartiges Design & Komfort und stilvolle Zimmer. Wir liebten die Dachbar - mehr Ansichten & fantastische Handwerks-Cocktails. Es ist im Grunde an das Exchange Event Center (über einen wirklich schönen Hof) gebunden, das es perfekt für Veranstaltungen dort macht. Dies war eine Arbeitsreise, so dass wir nicht viel zusätzliches Erforschen gemacht.
