Courtyard Columbus Downtown

Good location, friendly staff, clean room. Everything was perfet.

Overall not a bad experience. We were bummed that the hot tub was out of service. It was the primary amenity we were looking forward to. The bistro had a very limited and expensive menu, but the burger and wings we had were amazing. All in all I would say it was pretty decent…..as I would expect for the price point.

Great hotel, clean and convenient. Friendly staff

Be aware they take an addtl 100 for incidentals deposit and 85 if you buy anything in bistro parking was a hassle. But is was the 3rd of July so probably not always that backed up

The staff was exceptional. The property was clean. The room was nice, bed was very comfy. Only difficult parts were the fact you cannot get a luggage cart up to the elevators, you have to carry your stuff up one set of stairs. Luckily a staff member was standing there and helped me. Also, one of the lifts in the pool area was clearly broken and rusted, but never removed. not having on site parking ******, although the valet service was great. There was no free breakfast or receptions in the evenings, like other hotels in this price range. Hot tub was nice, other than the only thing separating it from the pool was a thin tile wall, so when kids were playing in the pool it disrupted the relaxation in the hot tub.
