Im Winter bleiben, besteuert jemand mit Mobilitätsfragen. Das WC ist zu niedrig - der Sitz ist bei 15-1/2” - 16” vom Boden, das ist das absolute Minimum für jeden. Und wenn es irgendwelche Niederschläge, z. B. Schnee, Eis, Schleifen, und es schmelzt dann schmelzt, ist die Parkplatz-Parkplatz fest Eis. Ich bin nach einem Eisstorm angekommen. Er bekam meinen Zimmerschlüssel vom Kellner, dann fuhr er zu einem Parkplatz vor meinem Zimmer. Kann nicht aus meinem Auto ins Zimmer kommen - es war ein Eisblatt. Er nannte die FD - er schickte einen sehr alten, schwachen Mann, um mir zu helfen. Nun, zusammen, Wir fahren den Wagen in einen Parkplatz mit weniger Eis um und schließlich haben mein Grundgepäck ins Hotel. Am nächsten Morgen konnte ich nicht von dem erfreulichen Frühstück profitieren, weil es im gleichen Bereich wie die Eincheckung serviert, vor dem Motel. Und das Parkplatzstück war noch ein Eis. Ich konnte nicht riskieren, zu schleppen und zu fallen. Wenn Sie im Winter nicht gerne auf dem Eis laufen/schleppen/laden/ losladen, bleiben Sie hier nicht bis zum Frühling, Sommer oder Herbst.

Starting with our check in, the young man at the counter was extremely nice and professional. Our room was what we call a classic stay, everything was clean, plenty of towels, roomy, everything was in working order... everything you want in your room including quiet. The breakfast, Dana, recommended the Lox and bagels and it was delicious. The service was wonderful. So overall, this was an outstanding stay. Try this hotel, it won't disappoint.

When I arrived to check in Cassie greeted me pleasantly. I was happy to see how well the lobby was set up. I was told about the amenities and schedules. This was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in quite awhile. When I arrived at the room I was impressed with the suite and how clean and functional it was. The kitchenette was very nice and clean too. I would highly recommend this hotel and will visit in the future. 5 stars to this hotel

This was our first stay at this particular Residence Inn. My feelings on it are mixed. First impression, was that the signage and entrance to the facility on Wolf Road was very unclear. The Courtyard by Marriott is accessed by the same entrance, but the signs indicating that the Residence Inn is also accessed from that driveway were not clearly visible, causing us to have to turn around and approach it from the opposite direction. Also, we were a bit confused when we walked into the very futuristic-looking lobby and saw only a sign saying ”Courtyard by Marriott”, no sign saying it was a residence Inn. Not sure if both hotels are accessed from the same front entrance, but we were a bit unsure if we were in the right place. When we entered our one-bedroom suite on the 5th floor, we were impressed with the modern, clean design of the suite. It was quite clean as well. I wouldn't necessarily call it ”pristine”, but it had the appearance of cleanliness. Aside from the confusing entrance issues mentioned above, my only criticisms are not anything that the management has any control over, but is the fault of corporate decisions on the design, furnishings, and furniture for the suites. The bed was comfortable enough. The sofa, however, was not. It was rather stiff and hard, and had very little back support. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator had no ice maker (ice was obtained by the ice machine on each floor - ice which promptly froze into a solid iceberg after being transported back to the suite and placed in the freezer). There were not many pans. The dishes were on an open shelf instead of in the cabinets, and the cabinets were, for the most part, empty. I did, however, find the toaster, in a deep drawer. Instead of a small table with a couple of chairs as is provided in many full kitchen suites, this one had a ”breakfast bar” in the kitchen with bar stools which we did not even attempt to sit on. Not the most comfortable option for older folks like us. The TV in the living area proclaimed that one could hook up a device to the HDMI port in the back of the TV in order to view content on our own devices, but several attempts to do so resulted in nothing but a black screen, so we gave up on that idea and watched reruns of HGTV house shows instead. Would we stay here again? Most likely. Would I recommend it to other travelers? Sure. The inconveniences were minor. And the futuristic lobby is something to behold!

Weil es zu spät ist, möchte ich nicht eine Nacht fahren und dann gehen. sehr angenehm. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus. Es scheint, dass wir in der letzten Klasse sind. Nachdem wir unseren Fahrer abgeholt haben, fahren wir von der Arbeit nach Hause. Wenn Sie Ihr Gepäck abholen, rufen Sie bitte im Hotel an und sagen Sie, dass Sie den Shuttlebus pünktlich um 4 Minuten abholen. Direkt vor dem Ausgang, wo das Gepäck richtig ist, passieren Sie eine kleine Straße in der Mitte der Straße. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist sehr schnell und es gibt heißes Wasser gegenüber der Rezeption. Tee Kaffee Wasser in Flaschen ist jederzeit verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber recht komfortabel, eine Tasse Kaffee und hausgemachte Waffeln?

Wir brauchten einen Ort, um für eine Nacht zu bleiben und gute Bewertungen zu diesem Ort zu lesen. Wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Es war wahrscheinlich nicht einer der neueren Hampton Inns (im Vergleich zu anderen, die wir geblieben haben), aber das war ok. Das Wichtigste für mich war, dass alles sauber und gut gepflegt war -- was es war. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben -- danke für eine schöne Erfahrung!

Dies ist ein guter Ort in einer schönen Lage. Sehr angemessen gepreist und sie haben Rauchen und nicht Rauchen Zimmer. Es ist mein Top-Ort, jetzt zu gehen, wenn ich ein Hotel brauche

Zufriedenstellendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Amerikaner sind sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Sie können Essen zu Fuß finden. Der beste Service ist der 24-Stunden-Shuttlebus vom Hotel zum Flughafen auf Abruf, was sehr praktisch ist.

The property may be dated but the pricing was fair and the staff was TOP NOTCH. They were professional, kind, helpful, and thorough. As a young female who got stuck at the airport after midnight, this hotel took care of me appropriately!!!
