"-Green to the Extreme- This hotel should have 5 stars as they have excellent breakfast, the facility is renovated and in good shape, parking is free and common areas are well-maintained. My main problem pertains to their "Green" practice, which has been taken to an extreme level. As a "green" hotel, the lights in the room shut off completely after 30 minutes of in-room motion. Working at the desk in my room, I had the lights shut off 5 times while I was trying to work at my desk (very annoying). Secondly, all of the outlets are set to green timers so they shut-off after 30 minutes. This means that their own alarm clock doesn't work because it resets to 12 AM every 30 minutes......lol.....why is it even in the room? Being green is one thing, penny pinching is another. If they truly wanted to save the environment, they wouldn't have a hot tub and pool (believe it or not, heating these puppies 24-7 costs far more than shutting off visitor's high efficiency LED lights and outlets. Get rid of these bologna problems and you will get five stars."

"What a wonderful place to stay! We had a very relaxing evening! The owner was very responsive, and the breakfast he was cooking smelled amazing. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Clear Creek Inn to anyone, and would certainly stay here again."

"Rose Street Bed & Breakfast is an awesome accommodation while in the Georgetown, CO area. Jaime is a superb host, and has thought of everything to welcome your stay - from the period furniture, warm cookies upon arrival, to the sugar scrub! The house is on the National Historic Registry and is just beautiful. We loved the pump organ, the record player, the assortment of games available and the lovely outdoor seating area. Our breakfast was delicious and is was so much fun to talk with Jaime! We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all Rose Street B&B had to offer. Georgetown is a wonderful area to stay in, relatively close to the ski areas and is right off of I-70—yet you would never know that when you are in this quaint, historic town. It is also the gateway to Guanella Pass Scenic Byway. We will definitely return! Loved every second of our stay!"
