It's a nice hotel with close proximity to Galle Face and malls. The staff are excellent and polite. We could see the Lotus tower from our room. We enjoyed our stay here.

It’s a nice hotel with lots of security. The rooms are a bit small and dated but they were clean. Many restaurant options on site with great breakfast and dinner buffet.

My family and I checked in to the Cinnamon Grand of Colombo,Sri Lanka. It is a hotel centrally located near shopping and dining areas. We have always liked the food at the Cinnamon Grand and the little shopping mall, a short, covered walk from the hotel. Check-in at the Cinnamon Grand is not too complex. The elevators are not as slow as Bangkok or Las Vegas. The hotel rooms have enough room and amenities. Although my wife and I were overcome with a damp and musty smell. Given the age of the hotel and the humidity in Colombo, I can see there is not enough ventilation to air out the hotel rooms.

Great hotel room, gym had lots of equipment and staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

It is a nice hotel but better hotels around with better prices, and newer.Like the Coffee Stop with good snacks and drinks. Just beside Crescat Shopping ctr with supermarket, food court. Overall, I recommend it.

Exclent service from the staff. Refurbished and newly renovated room but still have pungent smell of painting but staff very helpful when asked for air freshener. Great stay. Central location

Cinnamon Grand has a beautiful lobby with a welcoming cafe loaded with delicacies. The cafe is staffed with attentive staff and the snacks and cakes are delicious. I also tried their buffets featuring local delicacies, seafood and breakfast during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed their foods and service.

BED BUGS ...DONT STAY HERE. The property is old and aged. It is not kept very well. Most of all...our clothing got bugs on it...having to spend a lot to disinfect everything.
