Ich kam im Mai wieder in dieses Hotel. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte Covid nur für einen Monat und eineinhalb Hotels wirklich hart getroffen. Der Gesamtaufenthalt war ziemlich gut. Ich habe nicht einmal in diesem Hotel reserviert, aber ich war mehr oder weniger hier von dem Hotel, das ich reserviert habe, weil die lokalen Hotels zusammengekommen waren, um ihre Occ zu kombinieren. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, ich hatte keine Probleme. Der einzige Grund, warum dies nicht eine fünf-Sterne-Bewertung ist, ist die Eincheckung. Die FDA hat mir nicht einmal ein Wort gesagt, außer ”ihre Karte einfügen”. Keine Begrüßung, keine Erklärung von Ausstattung und was Ausstattung während der tiefen. Ich musste mich herausfinden, ob sie irgendwelche Frühstücksoptionen zu bedienen, um zu gehen Ich hätte das Mädchen am Front Desk fragen können, aber sie war nicht sehr einladend, also störte ich mich nicht. Sie schien vielleicht, dass sie Management war und auf dem Desk gefangen war wegen der Stunden-Schlauch-Furlöhre. Auch wenn man als Management denkt, dass sie ein wenig Kundenservice orientiert werden.

Stayed at this location for my brother's wedding. A few of my highlights include the rooms, the service, and the experience I had during my stay. Checking into the hotel, I encountered Les who had a fantastic personality. He delivered fantastic service and provided water bottles to me and my family upon request. The rooms are clean, modern, and appear to have been renovated recently. The only big concern is that the bathrooms are not ventilated, but we alleviated this by keeping the air conditioning on. Aside from this, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and the storage provided in the room was fantastic for our suits and items needed to freshen and glam-up for the wedding. Because the bride and groom were able to easily book a block for the wedding party, it was easy to check up on our family and friends as well. I also managed to get some breakfast in the morning, which was served for several hours. The breakfast was well-stocked, and I was happy to grab a few bites before running off for the day's activities. I would also like to include the fact that there is a coffee bar for guests in the lobby, but a minor inconvenience was that the roasts were lukewarm upon filling the cups. One positive is while there were several issues that I had run into, they were quickly resolved by the front desk. While these issues were trivial (with examples including locking myself out of my room or concerns regarding the keys), the front desk individuals were swift to handle these inconveniences and helped me in a kind manner. Another highlight is how Brionna, the manager, provided ample care for the wedding party by accommodating our schedule and our large group. It was fantastic having Brionna available to solve any issues and was immensely supportive and friendly during our stay. My parents had actually had concerns with neighbors harassing them in the night, but Brionna had helped us figure out a solution to give my parents their rest and prevent the neighbors from disturbing anyone else. Above all else, the experience staying at this location was phenomenal, and the staff and the accommodations felt comfortable and personal. I will not forget the kindness of the staff, especially Brionna who had been one of the group's biggest supporters (and I am happy to help out with any messes especially with such a big group). This particular location shines in its excellent staff and service that helps to provide a comfortable and accommodating stay for anyone. I highly recommend the place for any wedding groups or large events that require coordination in the area. I especially want to recognize Brionna for her kindness and charity during our stay. If I had another event near this place, I would certainly stay again.

Ältere Stil, nicht zu dunkel, aber alle dunkelen Möbel und Teppich (Rostfarben) Nice big refrigerator. Und der Kühlschrank funktioniert! Nice staff Nice shower pressure and hot. Bed eh Gefäße Möbel gefärbt und schmutzig. King size room Spacious enough. Kein Licht über dem Toilette, wenn man Big-Screen-TV lest. Zimmer 424 fair ruhig. Ich habe einen Hund gehört, schütteln ....I denke. Jedes Mal, wenn ich versuchte zu hören, hat es gestoppt. AC /heat gut funktioniert, aber das Wetter war 70er und Nacht 50er ....yes hatte immer noch AC auf 67 mit PJ auf. Bequem zu kalt. Das war gut für mich. Das Frühstück ist die gleiche wie alle Hamptons. 2 Nächte geblieben. Würde wieder kommen, wenn in der Gegend.
