We stayed at the Hampton Inn with our family for four nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Tay was especially helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the reception staff was also courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Also, the cleaning staff were very attentive.
The complimentary breakfast was great every morning, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the large parking lot, which made parking easy and convenient.
We understood that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and it did not take away from our overall positive experience.
The only areas that could use some improvement were around the pool and guest laundry. The restroom near the pool needs more attention to cleanliness, and the guest laundry washer had quite a bit of mold inside. Additionally, the coin slot on the washer was not working properly and I lost some coins inside the slot. :(
Despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the excellent staff and overall hospitality.
