Terrible Experience. AVOID this hotel if you can. My family and I were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at your Holiday Inn. We chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service, which failed miserably both upon arrival and departure. Upon check-in, we encountered difficulties, as there were no clear instructions provided for the shuttle, especially for international travelers. Unfortunately, despite informing the front desk of our need to catch a specific shuttle, we missed it due to a lack of communication. Here’s what happened: On the morning of our check-out, we clearly told the front desk representative that we wanted to take the shuttle to the airport, stressing how important it was for us not to miss it. With an unhelpful attitude, the rep assured us not to worry, stating that the shuttle leaves on time every half hour. Feeling reassured, we decided to have a small breakfast near the reception. Shockingly, the shuttle left 5 minutes early without any warning from the staff, including the representative who was still there and aware of our request. When we realized what had happened and sought help from the front desk, the representative was unable to assist and seemed indifferent to our plight. We ultimately had to call an XL Uber and incur unexpected costs. As regular guests at Holiday Inn locations in other cities, we were very disappointed this time around. Hotel shuttles are essential for airport-adjacent accommodations, and I strongly suggest that Holiday Inn improve staff training and customer service protocols. AVOID this hotel if you can.

Airport shuttle was not working, I was informed that I will to be refunded of my uber and never happened

Decent hotel for transit. Take a cab or Uber, rather than waiting a shuttle bus, to the hotel will save you lots of time.

酒店ok的，離Newark機場不遠 在機場P4有24小時Shuttle,每半小時一班，很方便 從機場P4坐skytrain到機場NJ火車站，到市區火車15.75美元，大概需要40分鐘到Pennsylvania station. 酒店乾淨，安靜，就是暖氣比較吵 附近有一個outlet,在機場南附近，要打車才能到 酒店早餐比較一般了，罐頭水果什麼的，選擇很少 咖啡不錯

진짜 최악임 아무도 가지마세요. 새벽에 화재경보기 울리고 사람들이 가스냄새 난다는데 화장실에서 누가 담배펴서 울린 거라고 다 올라가라함 (근데 화장실에 센서 없음) 그래서 백인 아저씨가 가스냄새 나서 여기 위험해서 못있겠다고 환불해달라 뭐 어쩌고 얘기하니까 프론트 직원 다 쌩까고 매니저 오면 말하라더니 매니저는 경찰 부르겠다함 가스냄새 계속 나는데 정상 숙박 가능해서 환불 안된다함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 가스가 새나오고 있었으면 저흰 그냥 죽으면 되나요 ? 우리도 방 옮길거라고 하루 일찍 체크아웃하면서 보증금이랑 환불해달라니까 흑인 직원 셋이서 깔깔거리면서 비웃고 환불 안된다함 보증금 뜻 모름 ...? 일찍 체크아웃했다고 못해준댄다 ㅋㅋ 트립닷컴에 전화 오백번해서 보증금이라도 환불받음 -＞ 사실 3-5일 걸린댔으니까 들어오는지는 나중에 확인할 수 있을듯 완전 비추. 한국인들 괜히 가서 인종차별 당하지 마시길 ~
