Aara Jungle Resort

I had a very bad and disappointing experience at this resort. The money I spent here was absolutely not worth it. Most of the amenities mentioned in their brochures are not actually available. Their advertisements and photos are highly misleading and seem to be taken from sister properties or completely different places—nothing matches what they claim. In reality, it is just a simple resort with only basic stay facilities. • Swimming pool: Not clean or maintained at all. It was full of dust, dirt, and beard/hair floating around. • Rooms: Very poorly maintained, not cleaned properly. I even noticed insects, ants, and unhygienic conditions inside the bricks and corners of the walls. • TV & Wi-Fi: TVs in most rooms don’t function, and Wi-Fi either doesn’t work or is extremely slow. • Food & Service: Food quality is below standard, not worth the high prices they charge. The service is extremely slow, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Staff behavior and approach toward customers are very disappointing. • Facilities: They claim to have several attractions, but nothing is maintained properly. For example, they mention cycles ride in the resort, but they’re in unusable condition. Overall, it’s a place full of false promises and poor management. I have both photos and videos as proof of my experience, and I’m happy to share them if anyone wants to verify. My suggestion: Physically check the resort in person before making any payment. Do not rely on their brochures or online photos.

Very very very worst behaviour front office staff Mr. Kishore...we booking date on (18/05/2025) due to heavy rain we couldn't check in..we request Mr. Kishore to change the booking date, He said we cannot do the that, Then we said it's ok give our booking advance back, He refused because he wanted to cheat the guests for a money, They are motive is only money not a guest experience, All the guests who wanted stay in SR resort and Aara please do not pay your money in advance because if u have any emergency u cannot get back your money from this cheating people, And also they don't worry about the guests experience. This is my personal experience we lost our money, Very worst management I never seen in my life , Please don't go and stay there people behave very badly and not a professionally...

we stayed from 12th April 2025 to 31th April 25 ***** with our family (total 17 Persons), they have proved fantabulous rooms for us, nice food and great ambience,. our kids are enjoyed like any think., special thanks to Mr. Nerash, Event Manager for making our making our stay so memorable and delightful., .. Wifi was so good., We will strongly recommend our friends and relatives., very safe and comfort place to enjoy our holidays., good luck always

I stayed at aara jungle resort and initially booked a deluxe villa. The room was too small and not suitable for my 1. 9-year-old baby to play. Upon request, we were moved to a luxury room, which was slightly better but still not very spacious. Regarding service, we requested milk for the baby, which they provided. However, we were surprised to see it added to our bill during checkout. Most hotels offer this as a complimentary service for young children, so this left a bad impression. Overall, the experience was average.

Had a pleasant experience during our stay. The location and the ambience of the room was good. The staffs were friendly and supportive. The food is a bit expensive

Never expected this kind of services. Pathetic rooms, poor cleanliness. Dirty pillow and bedsheets. No intercom and wifi. It was terrific experience. Service ok, food not upto the mark Need to improve in all circumstances. Environment is good but that is not enough.. Not recommended for family people.
