Es war schon nach zwei Uhr morgens, als wir im Hotel ankamen. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Ich bedauere die Umweltschutzmaßnahmen in Europa. Man muss nicht einmal zum öffentlichen Trinkbrunnen gehen, um Wasser zu holen. Zum Glück habe ich meine eigene Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta mitgebracht, haha. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet, was nicht schlecht ist.

Már második alkalommal foglaltam ebbe a szállodába. Nem csalódtam most sem! Közel van a belvároshoz, finom és bőséges a reggeli. Minőségiek a tisztálkodó szerek. Odafigyelnek a környezettudatosságra. Tiszta az egész épület és tudom tölteni az elektromos autómat!

I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It’s centrally located in Cluj, the rooms are a good size and the breakfast is included. But what makes this hotel a gem is the staff. It’s our third year coming to this hotel and funny enough Ionela is the one that always checks us in. Always greeting us with a smile and remembering who we are giving that extra customer service. In addition to Ionela, Iulia, Maria, Karina and Rebeka are absolutely amazing. We had an extraordinary situation this time around and we needed to extend our stay and they have been absolutely amazing in making sure that we are comfortable and that we had everything that we needed and they always checked in with us to see if we’re ok and if the situation is ok. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us, all of them were extraordinary and I will be forever grateful for their customer service. So please make sure that if you’re in Cluj you’re staying at the Hampton by Hilton.

The hotel is in a perfect place for sightseeing Cluj. It is modern and clean and the rooms are massive. The shower was quite strong and easily adjustable. There was a good choice for breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Maria.

Breakfast poor- no quality meat products.The room is OK.The bed is OK.The TV is Ok.The Parking is OK.The location is Ok.The fitness room is minimal.No toillet by fitness/parking area.More seeds,nuts by breakfast, cocoa would be great!Otherwise great hotel!

Hotel located close to the city center. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very varied, including “slănină”, “jumări”and pancakes. Private parking: outdoor and underground. A very good accommodation option at acceptable prices.

Complete experience. Closed off parking. Free drink upon arrival. Cosy bar area. Very friendly and helpful reception. Welcoming lobby area. Very comfortable room with excellent bed. The breakfast is far more than what you expect in a three star. The historic city centre is a 20’ walk way. Price quality excellent so five stars.

The hotel is well situated to visit beautiful monuments, churches and parks in Cluj-Napoca. At arrival, we were really welcomed by Ionela and Rebeka. They helped us to check in (there were some questions about the duration of our stay) and gave us tips about places to visit. We could park our car safely and putted our luggage in our 'room with a view'. And we started to explore the city, we had visited 15 years ago. Coming 'home' after each trip we were welcomed again by Ionela and Rebeka and received useful tips to make our stay even more interesting. Thanks !!

When you step into the hotel, and see how nice everything is, you already know. You arrived "home". My home for 5 nights was as cosy as anybody could wish for, with an awesome breakfast, super nice bed and mattress and nice employees. At checkout you have the option to call a taxi right from the front desk. They talk to you in your native language, provided that this is Romanian, Hungarian or English. At checkout I was handled by Rebeka L and Ionela, who guided me along the way at the front desk with ultimate friendliness and professionalism. Thank you for that. I will definitely come back to this hotel at every possible occasion.

I stayed 4 nights in Hampton by Hilton Cluj-Napoca. The staff are very friendly, and especially Maria is one of the best hotel managers I have ever met. She was very welcoming and helpful from the beginning to the end of my trip. The hotel is 5-10 minutes from the city centre by walk. The rooms are very comfy. So, if you want a good night sleep this is the best option to stay, not at the very centre of the city, away from the crowds. Breakfast is very nice and even I had an option for gluten-free bread from the kitchen. There is a shuttle option for the airport if you want to make a reservation. There is a special guest room if you want to focus or get rest for a while. This was my first time in Romania but definitely will not be the last time. Thank you!

Great hotel with bug clean rooms delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. There is a complimentary drink with every stay and free water dispensers on every floor Especially Ionela and Rebeka L who helped me with everything i needed. Will definitely be returning

Hampton in Cluj has been one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would like to thank Maria, Ionela, Rebeca, and Laurentiu at the front desk for their day-to-day assistance and Lili and the kitchen staff for all the amazing meals they prepped. The rooms are clean and spacious and the water filters placed in the hallways were very handy when I needed a quick drink. The hotel’s location is very central and there are restaurants, cafes, a nail salon, a barbershop, and a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. If I ever come back to Cluj, I will definitely look to stay here again!

I travel a lot across Romania and across Europe, but this hotel is really close to my heart! Good breakfast (plenty of choices), nice gym and good location (5-8min by car to reach Downtown) - all in all, a good choice. BUT the most important characteristic (value) of this hotel is the behaviour of the staff: in the reception, I met either Ionela, either Iulia S., room-service - Ana Maria, all of them were very nice, kind and always willing to help. I always think that a good person can give a good value to a specific place and this is really the case. I fully recommend this hotel! Thank you!
