The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

Please do not book this hotel. I was angry.There is a old lady wearing a blue striped shirt who has a poor service attitude. If she is not the owner of the hotel, it is recommended that the hotel dismiss her, otherwise it will affect the development of the hotel. Firstly, when I booked a room, I saw that there were four vacant rooms and there was no WiFi request for a room change. Other staff were preparing to change rooms for me, but she refused my request. May I ask who gave her so much power? Secondly, we should have received free mineral water after renewing our house, but when I asked her for it, she charged us. Thirdly, my room card was placed in the room and asked the staff to open the door, but she was not happy to give me a bad look. Would you really feel comfortable staying in such a hotel? The service attitude was particularly poor, so I quickly closed down. I never give negative reviews when staying at a hotel, this is my first time giving negative reviews.

Room n place was clean but amenities was not complete, said they couldnt bring hairdryer from other rooms? There was no hot water until we asked receptionist about it for help. Telephone not working, wifi was worse than my data. Receptionist n team was really nice and sorry about the inconveniences tho. Room aircon was cold and the bed was comfy but the blanket kept coming off the blanket cover. Overall its okay to stay in but take note to bring your own hair dryer and if need help, have to walk to the receptionist for help.

it was raining hard when we reached this place and the parking area was starting to get flooded. there was no staff to welcome the guests or offer umbrellas to shield us from the downpour. the hotel is not within the city of vigan. we were ushered to our room by one hotel helper who assisted us with our luggages. courteous and jolly guy. food was typically done the ilocano way. i'm used to the taste and the way it was presented. what i'm very particular about was the repetitive banana being offered for dessert, either boiled, caramelised or served very ripe. our towels were never replaced for the 4D/3N we stayed. they just assumed we didn't care since we didn't bother to request for a new set. the telephone in our room has no dial tone. the bathroom exudes an unpleasant smell at a particular hour at night. but overall, we felt welcomed as we stayed longer. we were allowed beyond the time to continue with our socials. the staff just let us be while singing our hearts out. they were very kind and understanding when we ask for small favors from time to time. might stay here again next time.
