Lieblings · Lage ist in der Nähe zu Fuß vom Zentrum und der alten Stadt, aber es ist noch ein 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß. Rein Zimmer. Durchschnittliches Frühstück. Die tief gefrierte Zucchini ist sehr gut. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Hinblick auf den Hof und es war sehr ruhig (sowohl in Richtung Außen als auch in Richtung Halle). Unlieblich · Das Innenhaus des Hotels fühlt sich steril und nicht gemütlich. Ein Teil des Grundes ist, dass die Beleuchtung im Hotel in der ganzen Zeit kalt weiß ist und in den Zimmern die Lichter zu stark sind (außer im Badezimmer, wo es nicht stark genug ist). Vorschlag für Management: Eine Beleuchtungsberaterin für Beratung, wie man auf warmere Licht umwandeln, um die Beleuchtung zugunsten des Hotels zu machen. Auch hier ein paar Anlagen hinzufügen und dort das sterile Gefühl zu reduzieren. Ich vermisste frisches Brot zum Frühstück, nur Toast war verfügbar. Die Musik während des Frühstücks war extrem Käse, Aufzug-Stil (Vielleicht geeignet für Rentner?). Das eigentliche Problem war jedoch, dass ich für einen Nachtaufenthalt doppelt gezahlt wurde. Ich hatte bereits Zweifel an Zahlungsfragen, als der Besitzer mich fragte, ob ich die Kreditkarte, die ich für die Buchung verwendet hatte, über eine andere Website ändern wollte. (Wurde es meine ursprüngliche Buchung annullieren, um zu vermeiden, dass sie Provisionen bezahlen?) Da die Kreditkartenreservierung für die zweite Nacht nie abgeschafft wurde, obwohl wir beschlossen, nur eine Nacht zu bleiben, musste ich schreiben und Beschwerde einlegen. Trotz der vier E-Mails (mit der richtigen E-Mail-Adresse) habe ich nie eine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten. Schließlich wandte ich mich an meine Bank, um ihnen den Beweis zu zeigen, und die Bank hat mich schnell für die Doppelzahlung zurückerstattet.

When you step into the hotel, and see how nice everything is, you already know. You arrived ”home”. My home for 5 nights was as cosy as anybody could wish for, with an awesome breakfast, super nice bed and mattress and nice employees. At checkout you have the option to call a taxi right from the front desk. They talk to you in your native language, provided that this is Romanian, Hungarian or English. At checkout I was handled by Rebeka L and Ionela, who guided me along the way at the front desk with ultimate friendliness and professionalism. Thank you for that. I will definitely come back to this hotel at every possible occasion.

I've stayed well over 1,000 nights in Marriott hotels over the last 20 years & my stay at the Cluj Courtyard was by far the worst experience I have had! We arrived in the hotel pretty late at around 7pm, had a shower & went straight out for dinner, I set the air con to 18deg's before we left as the room was very hot when we arrived. To note there were no instructions on the air con, it was a case of 'trial & error' with the control panel We arrived back at the room at around 10.30pm & the room temperature was showing 25.5deg's 🥵 so I rang to reception to ask what was wrong. I was told that a few adjustments had been made and the room temperature should start to drop so we went to bed. After a couple of hours at around midnight we had to get out of bed as the temperature was just too hot to sleep, it was still showing 25deg's! I was told that the air conditioning must be faulty and there was little that could be done. No fans were available. We did eventually get offered a room across the corridor which he told me would be cooler temperature so I said we would take it just to sleep in. When entering the room across the corridor it was 24deg's but had again been set to 18deg's but we were assured the temperature would drop quickly. We had a cold shower & got into bed although the new room was still very hot. We had a miserable nights sleep with the room being still 23deg's when we left in the morning (it had ran all night set at 18deg's) We had to go back to our original room to pack which was still at 25deg's. The outside temperature that night was 19deg's so both rooms, with the air con on full, were still considerably warmer than the outside temperature! We only really used the hotel to shower & sleep but our experience was terrible & the actual hotel I believe is as good as brand new having only opened a few months ago. The most disappointing thing however is that I have had no communication from the hotel at all since we left. Yes sometimes things go wrong, very, very occasionally things go wrong twice but when as a hotel you know your customers have had an absolutely miserable nights sleep with a combination of multiple phone calls, moving rooms in the middle of the night & little if any actual sleep and you don't even have the decency to apologise makes a terrible stay absolutely shocking! As above, I have spent over 1,000 nights of my life in Marriot hotels and this stay was by far the worst from the one thing that as a hotel you have to get right ie affording your clients a great nights sleep!

Groß: neue, geräumige, hell, gut konzipierte Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine. Ladegeräte von TV-Kanälen einschließlich in Englisch. Danke Diana, die sehr hilfreich bei der Ankunft war. Nicht großartig: Kein Aufzug! Beachten Sie, dass keine Mitarbeiter auf der Website überhaupt, außer Diana, wenn und wenn sie eine Wohnung für einen neuen Gast bereitet. Also wenn die Nachbarn unten schreien auf ihrem Balkon um 1 Uhr, Sie müssen sie ignorieren oder konfrontieren Sie sie selbst . Außerdem ist das nicht ein Apartmenthotel, so keine Dienstleistungen enthalten. Unterlinie, Preis gerecht und Lage zentrale und angenehm und wir empfehlen Freunde.

Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt in Hanul! Für so wenig wie 50€ pro Nacht, insgesamt 25€ pro Person, hatten wir ein großes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Wohnzimmer und einem großen Badezimmer unten und dann ein oberen Bereich mit unseren beiden Betten und sogar einem Fan! Der Hof ist schön. Alle Ein- und Auscheckung wurde ohne Kontakt durchgeführt, das Team schickte mir Anweisungen vor meiner Ankunft. Gute Lage 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Nichts für den öffentlichen Verkehr als von der Flughafen zu gehen. Danke!

Wenn Sie im wunderbaren Cluj (ganz enstpannt nonstop mit WizzAir von Berlin aus erreichbar) nächtigen wollen, dann ist das DoubleTree eine excellente Wahl. Zu Fuss lässt sich die sehenswerte Altstadt erkunden. Das Hotel hat einen grossen, schönen Rooftop Indoor-Pool, der gratis von den Hotelgästen benutzt werden kann (in Transylvanien nicht selbstverständlich). Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft, allerdings waren ein paar recht ungezogene Kinder am Start, die - von ihren Eltern und vom Personal ungehindert - auf's Buffet gehustet haben, das sollte nicht sein. Sie können Ihren Mietwagen direkt am Hotel parken. Unsere Junior Suite war sehr geräumig, excellentes Wlan - DoubleTree Cluj - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

My favorite hotel to stay in while I am in Cluj-Napoca. I think the location is a bit far from the center, but the services and stay compensate for it. There aren't many restaurants close by, but the downstairs restaurant is good, and the service is impeccable. It's a bit more expensive than regular restaurants, but the food is very good. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is professional, ready to help, and always smiling. I have stayed here 3-4 times already and will book again.

Ich habe während einer Geschäftsreise viel Zeit im Hotel Platinia verbracht und es war fantastisch! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und äußerst sauber. Das Hotelpersonal könnte nicht netter sein und wird dafür sorgen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist. Der Reinigungsservice ist beispiellos. Ich hatte einen ungewöhnlichen Nachtschichtplan und sie konnten mein Zimmer zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten reinigen. Das Frühstück ist großartig und die Kellnerinnen waren überaus freundlich. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.
