Hotel muy bien ubicado respecto de la estación de AVE. Muy limpio y con muy buen buffet de desayuno.

酒店位置在雷亞爾城較中心地區，房間也大，外出吃飯方便，但房間西曬，下午入住又熱又悶，諮詢前台説空調衹能致熱不能致冷，雖然入夜後涼快下來，但入住感受影響。

Todo correcto. El gimnasio sencillo pero mejor equipado que la mayoria de hoteles en los que he estado

Rooms are ok . Just a tv and a safe For electric devices tea and coffee are from a machine from the lobby . The housekeeping are so loud I mean really loud. You can hear everything in the other rooms even a phone vibrating. Food and drink are here but it's basic breakfast 13 eruo . Personally I would not come back here again. Had 3 powercuts and WiFi not the most reliable and slow. The bathroom looks nice having a shower is starts to flood due the shower not draining. It was not just me there was 14 of us. All daying the same

From the reception to the bed it was very bad. Very slow check in with no information about the hotel or city. Restaurant closed. Not friendly area. Pillow were super hard and not cosy. You got the feeling to be in a dorm room with your neightbours. Noise until 2am. Then in the morning super slow check out without any concern. You add better option in the city center.

A very good one night stay on our journey from Santander to Almeria. Easy check in/check out, and a friendly helpful attitude from Javier on reception. The room was warm, the beds clean & comfortable and the extra touches of complimentary water and chocolates were appreciated. Although the location was in the quieter part of town it was only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor where many restaurants, bars and shops could be found.

I made a reservation for this hotel for 11th November. My plans changed and I could not go. The policy states I can cancel up to 00.01am on 11th November. Despite contacting the hotel they will not cancel my reservation and will charge me. ********** have also tried to contact the hotel and cancel it, but they have said I will get charged.

We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.

Lovely hotel very near the centre of town. Very friendly helpful staff. One of the best hotel beds I have slept in and nice bathroom. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with lots of choice. We will definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean, so that’s a good start. However, even in November the room was boiling hot. I arrived at 20:30 and almost melted when I went into the room. I wondered why the air condition wasn’t turned on - soon realised it’s because it doesn’t work. In fact it blows only hot air, making the room even warmer. I had it on for 1,5 hours but gave up, it didn’t work at all, only made the room even hotter. Thankfully found out the windows open fully to the street. Was able to let some cool air in, but the traffic was very loud (my room was on the 1st floor). The rooms are not sound proof as advertised; I could hear my neighbours tv and talking/coughing, and there’s an obnoxious buzzing sound coming from somewhere that I can’t locate. Traffic noisy even with windows closed - probably better on higher floors? The shower is nice and the bath products are nice and smell good. Bed is thin and hard, not sure why others seem to rate it highly. Staff are friendly and the entrance of the hotel is nice but dated. Steer clear of the breakfast; coffee is undrinkable. Hotel is definitely not worthy of 4 stars. Maybe 3 on a good day. It’s okay-ish for maybe one night - but the fact that there is NO air condition in a country as hot as Spain, so the rooms are boiling even in November, is enough for me to not come back to this hotel.

Hotel magnífico, relación precio/calidad. Personal muy atento tanto en recepción, José David, como en el comedor : maitre y camareros de 10. Limpieza de habitación muy buena y cómoda. Muy recomendable el hotel A 15 minutos a pie de la Plaza Mayor.
