Ich verstehe wirklich nicht, warum dieser Ort mit 2 Sternen bewertet wird? Ich war jetzt zweimal an diesem Ort und ehrlich gesagt werde ich nirgendwo anders übernachten. Ich habe dieses Hotel mehreren meiner Freunde empfohlen und sie haben ihre Erfahrung genauso geliebt wie ich. Die Dinge werden aufgrund von COVID anders sein, aber Sie fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat die beste Lage, man ist gerade weit genug von der Altstadt entfernt, um nicht von all den Betrunkenen erwischt zu werden, aber gerade nah genug, um sich zu betrinken. Das Hotel bietet Wasser, Gatorade's, Snacks, warme Mahlzeiten und kleine Utensilien, die Sie auf Ihrer Reise vergessen könnten, wie eine Zahnbürste, die Sie in der Lobby kaufen können. Auch wenn derzeit aufgrund von COVID-Picknick-Essen nicht verfügbar ist, verfügt das Hotel über eine Frühstückstasche für den Morgen, die Sie in der Hotellobby abholen und in Ihrem Zimmer genießen können. Sie haben andere Annehmlichkeiten im und außerhalb des Hotels, die ich in meiner anderen Bewertung angegeben habe. Alles in allem liebe diesen Ort.

Während wir Kalifornien besuchen, um aus unserem kalten und schneeigenen Ort im Mittelwesten zu kommen, haben wir uns zum ersten Mal für Temecula entschieden. Basierend auf den guten Bewertungen von Ponte Vineyard Inn, haben wir diese Unterkunft ausgewählt, um dort zu bleiben. Wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Das Inn ist schön, die Boden sind schön, der Service war hervorragend und es gibt 2 Restaurants auf der Website. Wir haben nicht den Weingeschmack gemacht, aber die Anlage war sehr schön. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Unser Zimmer war sehr nett mit einem großen Patio ausblickt in Richtung der Weinberge. Die einzige negative Kommentare, die ich habe, ist über den Make-up-Spiegel im Badezimmer. Ich liebe die Verwendung von Make-up-Spiegeln, aber diese war so niedrig, dass Sie es nicht verwenden konnten. Sie mussten sich in sie umdrehen, um sie zu sehen. Es ist etwa 10 Minuten Fahrt zurück zur Stadt.

Zusätzliche Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen schönen Blick. (Seien Sie sicher, ein Zimmer auf der östlichen Seite zu bekommen, da die Aussicht besser ist).
Minus: Kein täglicher Service. Auch der Frühstücksraum war noch da, als ich zurückkam,. Auch das Fernsehen geht nicht über ein bestimmtes Volumen, so dass andere nicht stören. Ich sehe es als Diskriminierung gegen diejenigen, die hören behindert. Und das Frühstück war so. Stale Backwaren. Nicht frisch gebacken. Geschmack wie aus einem Paket, Yoghurt war aber gut! Es sollten auch Anweisungen für die Tasten für den Feuerplatz und wie die Dusche zu arbeiten.
Still .... Ich würde nochmal bleiben.

Ich habe kürzlich drei Nächte im Temecula Creek Inn für eine Arbeit Veranstaltung verbracht. Das Team im Inn hat eine tolle Arbeit geleistet, um unsere große Gruppe von über 50 Personen zu beherbergen. Die Einrichtung ist schön. Mein Zimmer hätte ein wenig Liebe benutzt, aber es war angenehm und komfortabel. Ich habe mich für die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers entschieden und konnte das Personal für meine Bedürfnisse auf dem Weg schreiben; zusätzliche Kaffeeschneider und Handtücher wurden schnell geliefert. Der Stand war das Essen, das wir als Teil unserer Konferenz genossen hatten. Wir haben zwei Abende im benachbarten ”Meadow” Bereich mit viel Raum für unsere Gruppe, um durch das Feuer zu socialisieren und zu entspannen. Sehr angenehmes Gesamterlebnis.

Wir hatten für unser Hochzeitsende einen Zimmerblock von 20 Zimmern im Südküstenweinwerk. Wir (die Braut und die Bruderin) blieben in einer der großen Berg-King-Suiten, und es war fantastisch! Wir hatten viel Platz für unsere Hochzeitsparty und vor der Hochzeit im Wohnzimmer, und wir hatten noch unsere eigene Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten erstaunliche Aussichten auf die Rebflächen und die heißen Luftballons aus unserem riesigen Patio. Unsere Gäste erwähnten, wie schön das Hotel war und der gesamte Buchungsprozess war sehr glatt. Insgesamt, eine wunderbare Heimatbasis für unser Hochzeitsende.

Wir blieben für 5 Nächte besuchte Freunde in der Gegend . Golften wir im Kreuzkreis und genossen Wilson Weinbau . Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und das Bett war gut . Dusche war etwas aggressiv, aber funktionierte . Würden wir einmal in 5 Tagen mehr Zimmerreinigung hätten nicht genügt. Ich weiß, weil die Covid, die gesenkt wurde, aber unsere Zimmergebühren sind nicht reflektieren weniger Service. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wir genossen die einfache Morgenmahlzeit. Wir hatten eine Frage mit Klimaanlage und es wurde in 10 Minuten ersetzt . Das ist beeindruckend. Wir fanden die Wände ziemlich dünn und hörten die Gäste neben uns und die Bewegung oben .

GGuest UserZusätzliche Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen schönen Blick. (Seien Sie sicher, ein Zimmer auf der östlichen Seite zu bekommen, da die Aussicht besser ist).
Minus: Kein täglicher Service. Auch der Frühstücksraum war noch da, als ich zurückkam,. Auch das Fernsehen geht nicht über ein bestimmtes Volumen, so dass andere nicht stören. Ich sehe es als Diskriminierung gegen diejenigen, die hören behindert. Und das Frühstück war so. Stale Backwaren. Nicht frisch gebacken. Geschmack wie aus einem Paket, Yoghurt war aber gut! Es sollten auch Anweisungen für die Tasten für den Feuerplatz und wie die Dusche zu arbeiten.
Still .... Ich würde nochmal bleiben.

GGuest UserSchönes, sauberes Hotel. Bar unten mit einer glücklichen Stunde von 3-5pm. Und Sie können zu Ihrem Zimmer Getränke nehmen. Bartender war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sauber, aktualisiert, geräumiges Königszimmer. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

The location is great with restaurants nearby and the wine country a short drive away. Easy freeway access. Everything was clean and the room was pretty spacious. The room was quiet. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, request a first floor room. Check in/out was easy. I would recommend this as a budget option since hotels in the area are usually pretty pricey.

GGuest UserDie Preise sind überall schrecklich. Als es Zeit war, ein Zimmer für die Hochzeit des Neffens zu buchen, war ich überrascht, wie teure anständige Hotels sind. Allerdings gab uns BWCI den besten lokalen Preis für ein sauberes Zimmer mit kontinentalem Frühstück, in der Nähe des Platzes. Wir haben einige lokale Website-Besichtigung und Einkaufen in Old Town gemacht.

GGuest UserIch habe eine schreckliche Erfahrung. Seit dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem wir ins Zimmer kamen, haben wir schon Probleme. Erstens, die AC automatisch ausschalten und auf & es ist nur im Fan-Modus und manchmal warme Luft aus dem Wind kommt. Wir haben mehrere Male Wartung angerufen und das Mindeste, was sie tun können, ist uns einen elektrischen Fan zu bieten. Aufgrund dieses Problem konnten wir nicht gesunken und dann um 7:30am jemand uns angerufen und uns an den Müll erinnert. Ich war halb wach, ich kann nicht verstehen, was sie mir gerade gesagt hat, weil mein Schlaf beunruhigt war. Mein Ehemann rief sie wieder, um zu überprüfen, was die Anrufe war, und sie sagte, es sei ein Fehler. Ich rief wieder an, weil ich so beunruhigt war, dass sie meinen Schlaf grundsätzlich für nichts störten. ( was mich zu einem schrecklichen Kopfschmerz MwSt. verursachte). Ich habe den Manager gefragt, und der, der anruft, war in der Tat der Manager namens Senya Ich hoffe, das Gespräch wurde aufgenommen. Kann jemand aus der oberen Führung die Aufzeichnungen aufziehen, um zu hören, dass Anruf Es war eine große Frustration. Ich kann nicht glauben, dass ich bereits mit dem Manager gesprochen habe, weil der Kundenservice schlecht ist und das Mangel an Empathie ist. Es ist wichtig, dass die oberen Management sicherstellen, dass ihr Personal geschult und befugt ist, hervorragende Service für die Kunden zu bieten. Sie bot mir Punkte an, aber ich akzeptierte das nicht, ich brauche keine Punkte eine ehrliche Entschuldigung, die Dinge korrigieren wird. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel an meine Familie und Freunde, Absolut nicht! Es ist wichtig, dass Hotels und Unternehmen im Allgemeinen eine hervorragende Kundenservice-Erfahrung bieten, da sie die Kundenzufriedenheit und Treue stark beeinflussen können.

HHoneydeeLast-Minute-Buchung wegen Überschwemmung meiner Wohnung. Ich habe ein 1-jähriges Kind und war buchstäblich im Panikmodus. Zum Glück konnte ich innerhalb von 5 Minuten online buchen und um 22 Uhr einchecken. Die Front war sehr cool, sehr hilfreich. . wenn man bedenkt, dass ich meinen verdammten Ausweis nicht bei mir hatte. Mein Mann hat seine benutzt, aber ich habe mit meiner Karte bezahlt. Sie waren sehr verständnisvoll und brachten uns innerhalb von Minuten in ein Zimmer. Habe hier eine weitere Nacht gebucht. . Preise sehr fair?
