Went well. Hotel wanted to charge $148 instead of the agreed upon $132, but they ended up agreeing to $133.

Our bus trip was made even more enjoyable by Faith and her crew. We started with a tragic accident but everyone in the bus was spared injury. The night we arrived late because of the accident, Faith was there and stayed all night in case someone needed something. Breakfast every day was different and had lots of choices beside the usual cereal and packaged breakfast foods. We even had quiche and fritatas! Rooms were clean and modern. The best part was the beds were comfortable and the hotel is off the road enough that it was quiet all night long. The best part was the hospitality we were shown and the caring staff were always pleasant.

Ich war mit meinem Mann, zwei 11-jährigen Kindern und zwei 8-jährigen Kindern da. Wir waren erfreut, einen Ort in der Nähe meiner Brüder zu finden, der uns alle in ein Zimmer setzen könnte. Es gab eine Bachelor-Party im Zimmer neben uns. Diese Party beinhaltete den Geruch von **** im Aufzug und Parkplatz, lautsprecher, die F*ck in jeder Satz enthalten. Ich fühle mich normalerweise nicht um Sprache, aber es wurde durch den Lärm und **** verstärkt. Schlimmer noch, es war 12:30 Uhr und sie gingen immer noch stark. Mein Bett schüttete aus der Basis. Ich konnte sie alle so klar wie möglich hören. Ich verstehe, dass sie eine Party und eine tolle Zeit haben. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das Hotel uns neben ihnen setzte. Als ich mit dem Frontdesk über die Situation sprach, die sie weniger interessiert hätten. Es war schrecklich! Sie haben mir mitgeteilt, dass 1/2 des Hotels von den Familien derjenigen, die neben uns feiern, gemietet worden war, so dass sie es wussten. Mein Geld war ihnen nichts. Ich dachte, wir würden eine Erstattung für die Nacht erhalten, dass wir nicht in unserem eigenen Hotelzimmer schlafen konnten und das Auto war ruhiger. Nein. Ich habe sogar Corporate e-mailt. Noch keine Antwort. Wir haben auch das Schlafsofa verwendet. Wir fanden ein Hemd von einer früheren Person im Schlafsofa. Wir fanden auch einen Hut im Kleiderschrank. Wir werfen das Hemd weg wegen Covid. Der Hut blieb an seinem Platz und wir beschlossen, das Kleiderschrank nicht zu verwenden. Wir brauchten Blätter für das Schlafsofa. Sie waren nicht im Kleiderschrank, obwohl sie sich gut darüber im Klaren waren, dass es 6 von uns gab. Wir rufen ab und wurden gesagt, dass wir nach uns nach vorne gehen und unsere eigenen Blätter holen müssen. Nicht beunruhigt, nur merkwürdig. Über mich: Ich habe nie über ein Hotel beschweren. Das ist mein erstes Mal, dass ich wirklich beunruhigt bin. Wir reisen viel, das war unser dritter Aufenthalt in einem Hotel in 3 Wochen. Ich bin keine negative Person. Ich bin auch nicht eine gerade und enge Person und liebe es, sich an einer Party zu beteiligen. Das war einfach nicht das richtige Hotel für eine Familie. Nicht überhaupt. Bitte gehen Sie irgendwo anders, weil wenn es ein Problem gibt, geben sie keinen Fluch. Es ist definitiv ein Ort für eine Party und nicht ein Ort, um für ein Familien-Abenteuer zu verwenden.

Whenever we travel we tend to stay at Hampton’s if rooms are available and not overly pricey. Room rates tend to get expensive when occupancies are high ( supply and demand ). This particular hotel has always been our choice when we are in town visiting my sister. It is convenient to the local airport and car rental places when I fly into the area. Even when we drive places to eat are also close by. This recent trip we arrived and moved all our stuff into the room only to find out the heat wouldn’t work. The young men at the desk confirmed the problem and moved us to another room which turned out to work better. The manager did reduce our bill for that first night of inconvenience after I ran into him on Monday. Great guy to work with. The breakfast fare is pretty much the same as other places but since all I ever have is coffee and cereal I’m good. The place is clean and kept up. There was a car breakin while we were there which I thought very unusual as the hotel isn’t real close to areas where one would think that stuff would happen .Thry are now really pet friendly with areas for pets to relieve themselves. This may make some unhappy but in my experience pets are less destructive and problematic at times than some humans. The staff here are very friendly and helpful . While we were here there was a large wedding party staying so it was busy

The staff except for one or two were not friendly or helpful at all. Not knowledgeable about how to correct errors in billing and were down right rude to some of us and others that we overheard. The beds were awful like sleeping on a board. The Breakfast was very good and the staff attending to that area were exceptional. We enjoyed talking to them as well as the one desk attendant who was new. She was very nice to everyone. We visit this area a minimum of one time per year and thought we would try this place. Never again.

Only use this establishment if your staying one night. Construction was going on and the whole floor smelled like smoke. And the carpet wasn't to clean. The service was ok and the parking is limited .
