Die Eincheckung war schnell und die Person erklärte alle Einrichtungen im Hotel. Eine Sache, die ich glaube vermisst ist kostenlos Frühstück, das Sie in der Mehrzahl der amerikanischen Hotels in diesem Bereich tendenziell finden. Im Hotel gibt es jedoch ein Café mit Starbucks Kaffee zum Kauf. Ich war angenehmen überrascht von der Größe des Zimmers . Ich nahm eine 1 Schlafzimmer (König) Suite. Es hatte zwei TVs in beiden Zimmern (bett und Wohnzimmer) plus alle Einrichtungen außer einer Küche - keinerlei Kochnische (Vielleicht Feuergefahr?) Obwohl die Zimmer Dekor ein bisschen datiert/alter Stil, es ist komfortabel und sauber. Ich würde sicherlich nochmal bleiben und hoffentlich werden sie kostenloses amerikanisches Frühstück hinzufügen!

Hier ist die Liste: WLAN funktionierte nicht in unserem Zimmer - während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Wir erwähnten es dem Kerl am Vordertisch und wurden gesagt: ”Manchmal haben wir Probleme in den Zimmern. Versuchen Sie es wieder, wenn Sie oben gehen.” Keine Lösung, keine Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer wollen. Wir gingen raus und als wir zurückkamen, gab es einen anderen Mann auf dem Desk. Er erwähnte es ihm, und er fragte, ob wir mit den Richtungen versucht hatten, die TAPIERTEN ZUR FRONT DESK. Nein, wir hatten mit den Schlüsseln versucht, die uns gegeben wurden, als wir eingecheckt wurden. Sie waren anders. Wir konnten im Lobby WiFi erreichen, aber dann funktionierte es noch nicht in unserem Zimmer mit jedem Einloggen. Es war nur ein Aufzug die ganze Zeit arbeiten - was war der Fall, als wir vor sieben Monaten dort waren. Der Pool war ”beheben” Also war es nicht offen. Es sah gut aus, aber nicht für die Gäste verfügbar. Am nächsten Morgen war das TV in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert und es auch nicht im Hauptzimmer, wo Frühstück gegessen wird. Und schließlich hatte der Duschekopf Wasser aus nur 1 von 3 möglich Sitze. Glückwunsch waren wir beide groß genug, um den Duschekopf zu erreichen, um es ein wenig zu richten. Nicht sicher, was Sie tun, wenn Sie 5'2.

This hotel is about definition average as you get. The room was outdated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice enough throughout the stay to not have any complaints about. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired but hey it's complimentary so what are you going to do. In the end was it a great hotel? No. Was there anything severely wrong with the room that justified a complaint? Also no. Would I stay here again? Possibly....?

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier...erst war 2019...Ich mag diesen Aufenthalt mehr!! Ich habe nicht im Restaurant gegessen...Waiter war letztes Mal extrem hart, so dass mein Essen gekauft wurde...Personal in der Bar dieses Mal...Rudolph...was großartig! Großes Unternehmen/Personal/Konversation!!! Hoffentlich empfehlen Sie denjenigen, die auf gute Nahrung/Unternehmen/Sozialisierung hoffen!

Mein Mann und ich waren in der Stadt für eine Nacht, um die Familie zu besuchen. Es war das heißeste Wochenende des Jahres bislang. Wir konnten früh auf unsere Suite prüfen, die schön war, aber das schöne Ende dort. Wir wechselten den AC, bevor wir mit der Familie verlassen. (Rund 2:30pm) Als wir zurückkehrten (rund 11:30pm), war der AC noch auf, aber das Zimmer war heißer als wir früher am Nachmittag verließen. Keine der Einheiten arbeitete. Es war so heiß, dass keiner von uns schlafen konnte. Mein Mann ging zum Vordertisch, aber sie würden uns nicht bewegen, weil sie behaupten, vollständig reserviert zu sein. Sie hatten auch keine Fans zur Verfügung. Er fragte den Manager, aber er war nicht in. (Das ist verständlich, wie es 2:30 Uhr war). Mein Mann schlief im Auto mit dem AC auf. Am Morgen beim Checkout fragte er wieder den Manager, aber er war noch nicht in. (8:30am Sonntagmorgen) Die Frau am Büro fragte, ob es ein Problem gab und ich dachte, mein Manns Kopf würde brechen. Sie war die Person, die er vorher über das AC nicht arbeitete! Ich denke, es gab eine Sprachbarriere. Es gab Fernseher, keine Fernseher für auch. Das Bad-Sänk war verschlossen. Das Toilette war nicht gereinigt. Es gab Kaffee, kein Kaffeemacher. Frühstück wurde angekündigt, kein Frühstück. Das Zimmer riecht. Wir werden nie wieder hier bleiben. Ich gab eine einzige Rangfolge, weil sie uns frühzeitig überprüfen lassen und das Personal war schön alles über das hinaus war schrecklich.

Erstmals in diesem Eigentum oder in einem Sonesta-Marke Hotel. Nettes Zimmer und gute Lage. Stromausfall während einer übermäßigen Warnung in NJ half nicht, wenn die Stromausfall von 6:30pm ist bis mindestens 3:30am. Wir sind Senioren im dritten Stock. Keine Klimaanlage, Licht, TV, Verwendung in der Zimmerküche usw. Grundsätzlich ein dunkles Zimmer mit Wänden. Personal gab keine nützlichen Informationen oder geschätzte Reparaturzeiten, die JEDE Versorgungsunternehmen, die ich hatte, wo ich immer lebte, hat. Keine Backup-Generatoren, um die Zimmer zu steuern. Kein bezeichneter Ort, um Ihre Telefone zu belasten. NICHT! und keine Anpassung auf unsere Rechnung während der Checkout oder sogar eine Entschuldigung. Zweite Nacht unseres Aufenthalts ging die Stromversorgung innerhalb von 30 Sekunden aus, um den Aufzug zu entfernen und kurze Entfernung zu unserem Zimmer zu gehen, fast uns gefangen. Er öffnete einen Fall mit dem Pflegeteam und haben in zwei Wochen nichts gehört. Sehr enttäuscht von Sonesta :(

Ich möchte auch sagen, dass das Zimmer so groß war. Nachdem wir den Pool besucht haben, der viele Pool-Nüsse für die Kinder hatte, gingen wir zum Restaurant. Personal war sehr aufmerksam und untergebracht. Bek war schön gemacht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir genossen unsere Zeit, als Dan uns Getränke ausbrachte, aber es gab eine besonders harte Kundenpräsentation. Einmal erhielt sie es an ihre Aufmerksamkeit und es wurde korrigiert. Die Jungs (Bek und Dan) sind der einzige Grund, warum wir uns noch einen Cocktail genießen.

Ich gehe immer nach Lage, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Was ich am meisten mag ist der einfache Zugang von Route 80, ist die Parkplatz groß genug, um übergroße Fahrzeuge zu parken.Die Zimmer wurden aktualisiert, und das Personal wird immer versuchen, meine Anfragen zu erfüllen. Ich habe das Ford-Zimmer für meine Unternehmensversammlungen benutzt das Zimmer ist sauber und bereit, wenn ich ankomme, Obwohl das Personal im Laufe der Zeit geändert. Ich vermisse Danelle sie arbeitete die Front Desk an der Abendschiffe sie war großartig ! Der Herr auf der Frontdesk über Nacht ist angenehm, dass ich in der Regel einen ”Have a good day” von ihm bekommen, wenn ich am Morgen früh raussneide. Ich habe kürzlich eine Interaktion mit der jungen Dame auf der Frontdesk mit dem Hund. Ich wollte die Hunde Aufmerksamkeit, fragte sie bitte nicht mit dem Hund sprechen und ging weiter, um mir zu sagen, dass ihr Hund ein Diensttier war. ihr Ton schien zuerst abrasive, dann merkte ich, dass es einen Grund, warum sie den Hund mit ihr hat. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich mich entschuldige und eine Gute Nacht. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft jedem.

Wie es mehr als einen Stern besitzt ist über mich. Eigentum überhaupt nicht erhalten, Gras nicht geschnitten, Kleider überall über Eigentum. Es gibt mehrere große Müllbehälter außerhalb des Gebäudes entlang der Wanderwege (kann ich nicht vorstellen, warum so viele sind notwendig) und alle waren überflüssig mit Müll, auch zusätzliche Taschen von Müll außerhalb der Bücher einschließlich mehrere flachgefüllte Boxen aus Biergehäuse und nehmen aus Food containers. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, welche Art von Käfigs in den Müll gezogen wurde. Ich vermute, dass diese Anlage teilweise in ein Wohnhotel umgewandelt hat, aber ich weiß nicht ganz sicher. Ich habe mich nicht einmal sicher gefühlt, mein Auto dort über Nacht zu verlassen. Mein angeblich nichtraucherzimmer war vom Zigarettenrauch gedreht. Genug gesagt. Ich habe mich angegeben und dann direkt auscheckt. Ich wurde zumindest eine vollständige Erstattung bezahlt.
