Homewood Suites by Hilton Parsippany-Troy Hills

The AC in the room wouldn’t turn off at all and ran 24/7. The motor was so loud — it sounded like an airport! I just couldn’t get any sleep. And $250 service deposit for each room is too much. I had been accidentally overcharged, made several calls to get my money back. More than $10 currency exchange lost! What a terrible experience. Don’t recommend.

Beware that keys stop working an hour prior to check out. We packed the car all up but for our dry clothes in the room to change into 30 min before check out. We went to the pool from 9:30-11  with a 12pm checkout.  I callled front desk and someone came up to help in a reasonable amount of time.

It's nice, room is clean, with friendly serivce.

We loved our suite , it was nice and clean ! So much more than what I expected to be the perfect 3 days ! Loved it

Service was good. Very friendly staff. Odd that there was no place to sit in the breakfast area.

We were disappointed with several aspects of our visit. The hotel is currently undergoing some construction, which limited breakfast options and contributed to a less relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and the bathrooms were poorly stocked with essentials like soap, requiring us to call for basic supplies. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price paid, leading to a less than satisfactory stay.

Nice room layout, modern style.

Good value for the price
