Ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt am Straßenrand, es ist leicht zu finden, wenn Sie navigieren, und an der Tür befindet sich ein Dreiecksschild. Wir haben für 3 Nächte ein Doppelbett und eine Suite gebucht, das Zimmer war nicht schlecht und die Hotelumgebung war in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Safeway-Supermarkt in der Nähe und es ist sehr bequem, Dinge zu kaufen, und die ganze Stadt hat eine gute Umgebung.

Mein Mann und ich blieben vor etwa 7 Jahren hier und hatten eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung! Wir lieben dieses Hotel, so dass wir nach Hause springen, als wir eine Hochzeit hatten zu gehen ..... Leider dieses Mal war es nur ok. -Der Zustand des Hotelraums & des Zimmers war großartig, aber das Badezimmer war in der dringenden Notwendigkeit von Bleich, Gemälde und Reparaturen. Ich würde den Gästen nicht meine Badezimmer verwenden, wenn es so aussehen würde!! - Der Pool war schön, aber es gab nur 7 Wohnsitzplätze. Die Gäste mussten Stühle teilen oder nahmen regelmäßig Stühle aus anderen Quests Poolside Patios. -Es gibt eine Bar draußen, wo wir im Freizeitraum hier waren Gäste Lebensmittel und Getränke bestellen und sie zum Pool bringen können. Die physische Bar ist noch mit Stühlen, aber sie ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Das Hotelrestaurant ist nicht während des Tages geöffnet. Die Gäste waren DoorDashing Ford zum Pool. - Der ”Frühstück” ist lächerlich. Noch gefrorene Gewächse von einem Umschlag, Yogurt, & Braunwasserkaffee

Ich liebe dieses Hotel und das Personal. Ich kenne sie nicht persönlich, aber nach einigen Aufenthalten fühle ich mich der Kundenservice gerade. Das Frühstück ist fabulös. Jeder nimmt seine Zeit, um Sie zu begrüßen und Sie sich bequem zu machen; vor allem eine Dame namens Regina, ich glaube, ihr Name ist, der immer fragt, wie alles ist oder ging. Super fabulöser Kundenservice auf jedem Ende; Reinigungspersonal, Küchenpersonal, Front Desk, etc. Ich bin ein glücklicher Camper!

Los Gatos Garden Inn is our go to place for staying in Los Gatos. It is a wonderful boutique motel located in the heart of Downtown Los Gatos. The motel is vintage (1947) and historic. Adding to its charm, Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio stayed in room 34 during their honeymoon in 1954. The rooms are updated and clean, opening to a splendid central courtyard. The staff is very helpful. We checked in long after the office closed and Melissa made sure we got our key. In the morning, when you check out in the friendly office, you get to grab some snacks to go.

This property has so much potential; the ”bones” are exceptional. When walking into the lobby, it felt like walking into one of the Ritz Carlton properties from the 1990s: beautiful chandeliers, classic wallpaper, crystal sconces, thick carpets, the works. The daily breakfast was also quite good (scrambled eggs along with the typical continental components). I echo what an earlier reviewer said about the in-room coffee pods: clearly the best I have ever had in a hotel room. The room was also elegantly furnished with the same marble/crystal chandeliers/classic wallpaper. I think the same designer from Ritz Carlton also designed the bathrooms with a separate W/C, double sink marble vanity and more marble on the floors. Lots of easy parking also made the stay easy. That said, I noticed a few flaws and am hoping that this isn't a trend. First, the pillows/sheets had an ”old” odor to them. It's hard to describe, but those who are picky about beds will get what I mean. The bedding needs to be upgraded; pillows, sheets & mattress pads would do the trick. Also, we did not receive daily maid service. I would have liked for those awesome coffee pods to be replenished and the garbage cans emptied. For the rate, I would have assumed these things would have been attended to. If they upgrade their pillows/linens, I'll definitely return. If not, I likely won't since I can't get past the odor in the beds.

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön dekoriert. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut eingerichtet. , das Bett sehr komfortabel. Meine einzigen Negativen waren die Schwierigkeiten, zu und vom Hotel zu kommen. Der Verkehr ist sehr schwer vor und es ist sehr schwer, das Hotel oder die Autobahnen ohne Fahren umzufahren. Danke für die Gnade von WAZE! Auch der Schleifschleif in meinem Zimmer an einen großen Patio verbunden, der von anderen Zimmern geteilt wurde und einen großen Schlauch auf ihn gehängt hatte. Alles sah und fühlte sich unsicher.

Selbst während COVID-19 -- Marriott Residence Inn war ein toller Aufenthalt! Ich möchte immer beim Marriott Residence Inn bleiben, wenn ich reise -- weil diese Zimmer ”mini-Kondos” mit Bett, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Waschmaschine sind. Dieser Aufenthalt war anders -- ich wollte nur etwas ruhige Zeit von der Familie während COVID-19 haben. Ich bin bei Gewichtswachern -- so dass es mir gefällt, dass ich + koche meine eigene Nahrung für mich arbeitete, als ich nicht zum Essen ging. Ich hatte Glück, am Ende ein Zimmer zu bekommen -- so war es ruhig, was ich mag. Normalerweise hat dieses Hotelzimmer Platten, Kisten, Pansen, Werkzeuge -- alles, was Sie in der Küche brauchen -- aber es wurde alles ausgeschaltet. Ich war froh, meine eigenen Platten, Pansen + Werkzeuge zu verwenden. Besser sicher. Wenn ich was nötig hatte - das Hotelpersonal war nur eine Telefongespräche weg. Der harteste Teil war Parkplatz -- es war verpackt, weil wir während der Schließung COVID-19 nicht woanders gehen konnten, sogar Strände waren geschlossen.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the treatment my partner and I received during my stay at Town Suite San Jose Campbell. The series of events that unfolded were not only distressing but also completely unwarranted. Initially, I was accused of not being on a personal vacation, which was a baseless and offensive allegation. Following this, I was further accused of possessing a fraudulent explorer rate form. These accusations were particularly shocking, considering my family’s long-standing relationship with Marriott, as both my grandmother and aunt have been employees for over 20 years. The manner in which the staff Akta (Front Desk associate) , Hema Vasanji (General Manager) , Vicky (Operational Manager ), approached these accusations was highly unprofessional. I was confronted with a rude and aggressive attitude, culminating in them banging on my door and demanding that I check out immediately due to supposedly exceeding the hotel’s stay policy. Such an approach was not only unnecessary but also created a highly distressing situation. Upon requesting to see the hotel’s policy regarding the duration of stay, I was presented with a document hastily prepared in a Word file. This lack of preparedness and the informal nature of the document raised serious doubts about its authenticity and further demonstrated a lack of professionalism on the part of your staff. Had this policy been clearly communicated and established, I would have been more than willing to comply with it. A simple, polite conversation would have sufficed to clarify any misunderstandings. Instead, the staff chose to engage in confrontational and rude behavior, coupled with poor communication and misinformation. This not only escalated the situation but also left a lasting negative impression.
