The front desk staff are truly the cornerstone of this hotel's extraordinary service. Diana transformed a challenging day at Stanford into a positive experience with her attitude, extreme politeness, professionalism, and empathetic demeanor. She went above and beyond to assist me with parking, wrote a handwritten note to cheer me up, had a big smile and super positive vibes. Diana provided excellent suggestions to restaurants and places around the hotel making her an outstanding employee! Aylin was equally impressive, consistently displaying a positive attitude, efficiency, and attentiveness. She handled all my requests promptly and with a genuine smile. Darnell also stood out with his exceptional politeness and attentiveness, exemplifying the hotel's commitment to service even at 1 AM when I required items to be delivered to my room. Ich habe seit vielen Jahren in die Palo Alto-Zone reist. Ich habe die Hoteloptionen gefunden, die wünschenswert sind. Einige sind super teuer und steril. Einige sind super teuer und snooty. El Prado ist glücklich anders. Mittelmeerarchitektur und Vibe. Große Zimmer. Wenn Sie einen Balkon gewinnen können, haben sie einen großen Sitzbereich, der einen Innenhof überblickt. Als ich am späten Nachmittag auf dem Balkon war, gab es auch andere draußen, die auch den allgemeinen Sinn der Gemeinschaft hinzufügen. Bett ist super komfortable. Wynn Las Vegas bequem. Badezimmer sind weitgehend Marmor (oder Marmor-ish). Mein einziger Vorschlag ist um Personal. Personal war sehr responsiv, aber manchmal war es wie ein Film, in dem ein Schauspieler alle Charaktere spielt. Auf eine Art und Weise haben sie alles rechtzeitig bearbeitet -- Auto, Gepäck, Eincheckung, besondere Anfragen -- aber ich denke, wenn dieser Ort so beliebt wird wie ich glaube, werden sie mehr Personal brauchen.

It's a pretty hotel and the staff was very nice. Because it's older, there is no A/C (ceiling fan though) and it felt hot and stuffy. The room was kinda small. The bathroom, while clean and pretty, very small with no counter space. The location is central in a super location. My price included breakfast in the bistro attached. It was tasty but what a hassle to order. You have to go through this process with the QR code and such and order completely through the app - no personal service to simply take your order. It work5s be very difficult if you weren't familiar with this type of thing.

Im ersten Stock gibt es ein japanisches Restaurant, die Küche ist gut! Aber es muss eine vorzeitige Buchung gegeben werden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Unschlagbare Lage, wenn Sie in Palo Alto oder in der Nähe der Stanford University übernachten müssen. Kostenloser Shuttlebus in der Nähe. Haltestelle weniger als 5 min. Spaziergang. Liebte das sehr gesunde Frühstücksbuffet und den Service. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber sauber und ruhig. Am Wochenende ist der Preis sehr günstig. Wochentags ist es vielleicht etwas zu steil für meine Tasche.

I stayed at the Nia for a week on a business trip. I was expecting a superb experience based on the price tag, but found it wanting. Everything looks nice enough, but many things that I would expect to see in a hotel of this caliber are missing. For example, I noticed when going to sleep the first night that all four pillows on my bed were of the same kind - an enormous (not fluffy, just huge) synthetic one. I tried to make it work, but knew my neck would hurt for days if I attempted to sleep on it. I went down to the front desk and needed to have a long discussion with the staff about getting a different kind of pillow (they told me that housekeeping was gone for the day and they didn't have access to the linen closet, which seems like a terrible setup). Finally, they checked and were able to get down pillows for me, and told me I should've requested them when checking in. In my experience, nice hotels include a variety of pillows in the room by default, so I've never had to do this before and didn't expect to need to this time. Secondly, the reason I needed to go down to the front desk in the first place is that of the two phones in the room, neither seemed to work (though both were connected to power and seemed to be on). This also made it challenging to order room service the one night I wanted tea and dessert. There's a QR code they ask you to scan to see room service information, but it just took me to the hotel website, which didn't make it clear which menu(s) were available for room service. If there were an easier ordering experience (e.g. a dedicated tablet in the room) that didn't require me to call anyone, I would've used room service more. Finally, there were small touches that degraded my experience further - no robe or slippers in the room, and a Keurig machine for coffee and tea. The coffee was okay, but for some reason, the pods I got were always decaf (maybe they had run out of regular coffee?) The tea that comes from a Keurig is always a joke, so I would rather have seen a variety of coffee than useless tea pods. And quality aside, Keurig pods are a sustainability disaster. Given the daily room rate, I hope that I will see a Nespresso machine in my room next time. On the plus side, I found the room to be pretty quiet, and after I got a pillow upgrade, had many good nights of sleep. If you temper your expectations, Nia is a satisfactory hotel.

Ich kann nicht genug über das Stanford Park Hotel sagen. Wir benutzten dieses Hotel für unseren Hochzeitsraumblock und sie gingen oben und über das, was von ihnen gefordert wurde. Meine Gäste waren sehr willkommen, das Hotel ist absolut erstaunlich und das Personal ist hervorragend. Dieses ist nicht ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in meiner Meinung würde ich das als ein 5-Sterne-Hotel bewerten. Unsere Gäste konnten nicht aufhören, über das Standford Park Hotel zu rasieren!
