I chose this hotel specifically because of the fireplace, which was advertised as a key feature of the room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the fireplace didn't work. I checked in late, and the staff wasn't able to resolve the issue, possibly due to the late hour. While I understand that things can go wrong, it was disappointing that the main reason I chose this hotel was unavailable and that there wasn't any effort to make up for it. Overall, my experience was less enjoyable than I had hoped.

This is the worst of my experience in any of the properties by Marriott so far. I made a corporate booking and stayed here for 7 days. Here is some feedback on the extremely arrogant and weird staff from this hotel ... 1) When I reached for check in, I waited in the queue for 30 minuets along with 3 more members and the staff responsible for providing keys was roaming here and there with his mobile carelessly for 30 mins. 2) There were a total 2 towels in the room and kitchen was not properly cleaned. The room was not properly checked and a heavy noise was coming from AC entire night , due to which I can't sleep. It took them 2 nights to fix the issue. 3) WORST ONE -- I selected the hotel as there was kitchen in the room , so that I can prepare my dinner. But for 7 consecutive days those arrogant staff didn't provided any room service including cleaning of kitchen utensils ,trash removal, or new towels. I went to front desk and complained 3 times in 7 days but those shameless and weird staff tried raising their hands and kept on cross questioning me with stupid questions like-- when did u came, whom u complained for room cleaning, why can't u ask the people cleaning rooms to clean ur room etc etc .. I talked to the workers who used to clean rooms, they told my room number is excluded from their list for any kind of servicing. I talked to the staff in hotel again but those shameless people seating in front desk hardly did anything. (thinking no one is supervising them and no one can can force them to do any work.) The person said they provide room service once in 2 days so wait for next day , but nothing happened in next day also. The guests in hotel are getting treated on the basis of their race... Finally I gave up and ordered all my dinners from Uber Eats for 7 days , as no-one came to clean the kitchen.. Finally trash in the kitchen started smelling badly in entire room. 4) Free Breakfast: they have minimal items on the name of breakfast, and they don't have any information on ingredients of the breakfast along with any allergic information. I questioned about couple of items asking do they have egg , and duffers reacted saying we don't know ... I requested front desk to add information on ingredients and allergy, but as usual they made fun of me and said we don't have any such provisions, if you have issues don't eat them. Here are some pics of the room , which states they didn't feel responsibility to clean kitchen, bathroom, change towels etc ..

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, die Rezeption ist sehr nett und man kann in 10 Minuten zu Walmart laufen. Es gibt fast kein Handysignal im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksumfeld ist sehr gut

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Dies ist ein Marriott Hotel mit einer Küche, Kochutensilien und Besteck. Es ist sehr bequem zu kochen. Der Transport zum Hotel ist bequem, Frühstück ist verfügbar und es stehen mehr Sorten zur Auswahl. Pure American Style, das kann man erleben.

Nachdem sie unsere Zimmerreservierung in einer anderen Hotelanlage in Atherton vollständig abgeschraubt haben, konnten wir dieses Hotel auf unserer Online-Suche nach dem Ort finden und eine letzte Minute buchen. Nach der Ankunft wurden wir von Front Desk Personal und schnell w ein einfacher Prozess eingecheckt. Sehr schönes sauberes ruhiges Zimmer, perfekt für unseren 1 Nachtaufenthalt. wird sicherlich zurück kommen durch dieses Gebiet

Die Rezeption war sehr verantwortungsbewusst, die Unterkunftsgebühr wurde abgezogen und die Rezeption hat aktiv mit Ctrip kommuniziert, um die möglichen Gründe zu erklären. Das Beste ist das Frühstück. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch, nur im Erdgeschoss.

Beginnend mit der Buchung und endend mit einem einfachen Checkout, ist dieses Motel ein Geschirr. Es ist unter 200.00 eine Nacht in einer sehr swanky Stadt und wir sind so dankbar, dass wir es gefunden haben. Der Manager lächelte, als er uns ins Inn begrüßte. Er gab uns. Große Einführung und schickte uns in unserem Ecke ‘extra big’ Zimmer mit einem King Bett und zieh eine Sofa aus. Auch, wie ein anderes entspannendes Sofa! Der Kühlschrank ist extra große Mini. Ich fit ein ganzes Fall ein Bier:) Sie könnten mehr fit, wenn Sie wollen. Das Bett ist unglaublich komfortabel. Sie bestellen das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen geliefert wird. Ihre Optionen umfassen: gekochte Eier, Eier sandwich mit Sauce, frisches Obst, Oatmehl, Yoghurt und verschiedene Getränke. Der Stern ist der Pool!!!! Es ist nicht olympisch groß, aber es ist groß genug. Sie haben Lounge-Stühle und Tische mit Stühlen und Sofas am Pool. Es ist Sonne und es ist Schatten. Der Pool war wunderbar. Sie haben auch eine bbq am Pool. Vor dem Büro haben sie eine wunderschöne Bäume mit Tischen und Bänken unterhalb. Dies ist eine wunderschöne, saubere und komfortable Unterkunft. Wir werden es noch einmal überprüfen......das nächste Mal, wenn der Tote auf Shoreline ist.

Really nice clean hotel. Location is great - close to Stanford, shopping, restaurants etc. We had a room with a King bed. The room was insanely large and spotlessly clean. One of the best hotel ”free” breakfasts I have seen. The menu rotates daily and has good variety. They even served fried eggs one morning (not just those weird omelet things that most hotels serve). There was fresh berries and melon, whipped cream for the waffles, definitely an upgrade from most hotel breakfasts. There is a small room on the first floor with a pool table and tv where you can chill. We didn't notice until our last night there, but wouldn't have had time to use it anyways. Lots of parking. If you come back late at night the small outdoor lot is usually full, but they have a garage underneath with plenty of stalls. Garage feels pretty safe - requires key card access and is gated.

Lage 📍: auf dem Weg von San Francisco nach dem Silicon Valley und ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt nach dem Silicon Valley. Sehr schöne Wahl, wenn Sie planen, auf dem Auto zu reisen, da es keine Parkgebühr gibt und das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt um ihn in wenigen Minuten Fahrt. Ausstattung 🌐: ein bisschen alt, aber immer noch akzeptabel und entsprechend der Preisspanne.
