Das Hotel ist ganz auf dem Berg Dana Point Harbar, die Landschaft ist sehr gut! Besonders das Restaurant ist mit einer unsicheren Meereslandschaft, sehr schön! Das Zimmer ist klein.

Ich kam zu diesem speziellen Hotel für Geschäftszwecke. Nicht sicher, was zu erwarten, da ich weiß, dass dieser Teil des Orange County ziemlich baren ist. Aber es endete, während meines Aufenthalts ziemlich zufrieden zu sein. Obwohl, der Weg zum Hotel ist ein wenig verwirrend das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich schön. Die Zimmer sind schön, zusammen mit den Betten sind ziemlich komfortabel. Das Personal in dieser Immobilie ist wirklich etwas. Von dem Team auf dem Front Desk einschließlich Logan, Walter & Rafael bis zum Team auf der Dachbar einschließlich Lisa & Cheryl ist dieses Hotel awesome. Ich werde sicher, dass ich hier wieder aufhören, um Geschäftsbedürfnisse.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, außer dem Hotelpreis pro Nacht. Ich denke, es hat sich nicht gelohnt, so viel Geld zu bezahlen.

When we arrived at check-in with our family of 6, we were told that we would not be given connecting rooms as promised over the phone. After a very long wait, they put us in 2 rooms not even close to each other. On top of that, it was the garden view, with the pool closed for a private event and preparation for a party. We would have to wait until after 5 pm for one of the rooms to be cleaned. They allowed us to access the double bedroom. When we walked in, it smelled like sewage. I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. She was accommodating and moved us to the club level - 2 rooms not next to each other. Yippee. Again, this is annoying when you have packed your bags a certain way, you have small children, and you know you will have to walk up and down the hallways to borrow items during your stay. The club level was a nice way to make up for the mishap. The food at this hotel is outrageously expensive. The club level has a full bar and lots of small bites throughout the day. The club-level hallways get a lot of traffic, and the carpets are always dirty. Food, hairballs, and paper trash were all seen. We had a nice rest that night. Going into day 2, we contacted the front desk to see if they had the connecting rooms as promised. They advised us that we needed to get out of our rooms immediately so that they could be cleaned for the next guests. They would store our luggage all day until our rooms would be ready. I mean, what terrible Customer service. We said that we would not be leaving the rooms we were paying for and that we would not let them store our luggage. The hotel ended up putting us in connecting oceanfront rooms after lunch. We had to leave the beach to come change rooms. Annoying, but a better situation for our family. The hotel is overcrowded. They can't keep up with the demand. Our shower doesn't drain. Stains on the carpet. Stains on our blanket in the closet. The valet costs $70 a day. It is always backed up. Be prepared to wait. 45 minutes wait to get ice delivered to your room. The guests below are smoking on their balcony. This makes it hard to smell the ocean or open your patio doors. The pool area is not clean. Cups, old towels and the pool looks slightly green. The basketball and playground areas were dirty with old cups and food containers. The beach is okay if you don't mind watching surfers. If you like to swim, you have to walk down to the public beach area. The lifeguards will remind you all day long. But, you feel like a rockstar when you don't have to carry all that beach junk down to the beach. They have everything you need! We have stayed at other Ritz hotels and know that this is not typical. We hope that they can make some changes before they lose their reputation.

This Hotel was comfortable, quiet, has a great pool area, and is well kept and tidy. I met friends to Celebrate a friends Birthday.... and had a great time with them... I'll definitely hang out again..so much fun..

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön. Es ist zu Fuß entfernt von Dana Point und dem Strand. Die Zimmer sind aktualisiert und sauber, mit dem Badezimmer mit einem Jacuzzi-Tube und TV. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückspersonal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist spotless und das Essen ist typisch für das Essen zusammen mit einem handfreien Pancakemaker. Wir hatten eine kleine Problem mit Online-Buchung, ankommen im falschen Hotel und geben ein wenig falsche Informationen. Als wir mit BW Marina Shores telefoniert hatten, arbeiteten sie schnell, um das Problem zu lösen, indem sie immer nach der Lösung suchten.

Dieses Hotel liegt nur kurz vor der I-5 so sehr bequem zu Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano und San Clemente. Die einzige Unannehmlichkeit ist ein Zug, der die Stadt jederzeit reist und dann etwa 3 Horn-Geräusche macht. Es ist nicht so intrusive, aber ich hörte es um 5:30 Uhr nachdem ich schon wach war. Die Lobby und angrenzende Sitzfläche, die zum Pool führt, ist ziemlich angenehm und schön dekoriert. Das Kunstwerk ist so schön. Das Frontpersonal ist einfach nett und hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich geräumig wie eine Suite und Möbel ist modern und komfortabel. Die Küche hat einen vollen Kühlschrank. Es war ein sehr komfortabel Aufenthalt. Nur Rückzug war das Fernsehen. Zu klein, um komfortablen Blick aus dem Bett zu nehmen, aber auch Schwibeln für Sofa schauen. Das Frühstück und das Frühstückszimmer waren sehr nett mit einem freundlichen hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. MENSCHEN stellen Ihre freaking Maske auf, wenn in der Esszimmer. Versuchen Sie, für andere zu sorgen! Warme Artikel, kalte Artikel, Brot, Obst, Kaffee und Saft, Sehr schöne Auswahl. Parken ist eine Rippe aus. Nachtgebühr für nur das Ziehen und Parken neben dem Hotelgebäude sollte erfreulich sein. Würde wieder bleiben!

Haha, ich mag die Umgebung dieses Hotels sehr, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, es gibt einen Balkon, vom Balkon kann man das Meer sehen, es fühlt sich an wie ein kleines Zimmer in einem Zimmer, wenn Sie beim nächsten Mal Ihre Familie zum Spielen mitbringen können.
