Ich reise ein bisschen und das muss das vernachlässigte Hotelzimmer sein, das ich je gehabt habe. Erstens war das Schlafzimmer nicht so sauber wie ich es erwartet hätte. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht. Als wir den Handset aufnahmen, gab es elektrische Band überall, so dass jemand wusste, es funktionierte nicht und versuchte es zu bedecken. Auch nach all dem konnte ich es sein und sagen, dass Sie bekommen, was Sie zahlen. Das Bad war aber seit Beginn dieses Hotels nicht berührt worden. Das Bad war der langsamste Drain, den ich je hatte. Der Tau füllte sich, wenn wir unsere Zähne gebürsten, und musste 5 Minuten warten, bevor die nächste Person es nutzen konnte, um das Wasser zu entwässern. Der Duschestange wurde gebrochen, was zu einem schlanken, ineffizienten Duschegarten führte, dass sich in die Mitte hinuntergefallen und Wasser aus beiden Enden der Dusche auf den Boden splashte. Es war so für eine Weile, weil es auf beiden Enden der Dusche und das Flies gebrochen ist. Schlimmeres ist, dass die Dusche nicht das ganze Wasser abwasser. Es gibt eine Tasche im Tub, die nicht ganz in Richtung der Abwasserleitung scheint, die ein Puddel von STANDENDEm Wasser in der Dusche erzeugt. Das heißt, wenn jemand vor dir eine Dusche nimmt, wie ein röhliches Vor-Jugend-Spiel im Schmutz den ganzen Tag sagen, werden Sie in ein Puddle ihrer Schmutz aus der Dusche gehen. Unser Zimmer war während wir weg waren, und der Puddle war weg, als wir zurückkamen, was bedeutet, dass sie einen Weg gefunden haben, das Wasser in Richtung Abwasser zu drücken, was bedeutet, dass sie über dieses Problem KANN. Es ist so lange. Wie wissen wir, dass Sie fragen?? Der Ort, wo der Puddle ist, ist RUSTING, während der Rest des Tubs ist nicht. Sie sollten sich schämen, Familien in diesem Raum zu unterwerfen, und folglich würde ich lieber in meinem Auto schlafen, anstatt an diesem Ort wieder zu bleiben.

Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über dieses Hotel und vor allem über das Personal sagen. Wir hatten eine Reservierung in einem anderen nahe gelegenen Hotel, das a) schrecklich und b) unsere Reservierungen abgeschafft hatte, als wir verspätet ankommen waren! Nachdem wir unsere Ankunftsnacht in dem schmutzigen, abgebrochenen Zimmer verbrachten wir ursprünglich (Sie konnten das nicht annullieren, wie sie uns bereits für diese 1 Nacht beschuldigt hatten), wir wurden über die annullierte Buchung und das Albtraum und die Auswirkungen all dies auf unsere Pläne hervorgehoben. Zu der Zeit, als ich SpringHill Suites genannt habe, war ich praktisch in Tränen. So viele andere Hotels in der Nähe wurden für das Wochenende vollständig reserviert. Wir waren in der Gegend, um unsere Enkel zu besuchen, und hatten den Tag mit ihnen zu schwimmen in unserem Hotel organisiert. Aber wir mussten jetzt um 10 Uhr aus dem schlechten Hotel ausgehen, so dass wir nicht einmal ein Zimmer nach dem haben -- viel weniger ein Pool! Ich erklärte all das dem unglaublich hilfsbereiten Bürolehrer, der antwortete, und bat sie um ein Zimmer und eine frühe Eincheckung, wenn möglich. Glücklicherweise kamen sie und das Hausbetreiberpersonal bei SpringHill Suites wirklich für uns durch. Sie nahmen uns in ein Zimmer, da unsere Großvater um 10:30 Uhr angekommen waren. Und dadurch verdienten sie unser Geschäft von nun an. Das Zimmer war exquisit sauber, alles funktionierte gut, es war schön und ruhig, und es hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Dusche war ein wunderbarer Bonus, da ich behindert bin und es Schwierigkeiten hat, mit einem Dusche/Tube-Combo zu bedienen. Und sie setzen unsere Wochenendereise für den 4. Geburtstag unserer Großmutter direkt auf die Spur. Diese Art von Kundenservice, Pflege und Sorge ist PRICELOS in diesen Tagen. Gib ihnen Ihr Geschäft. Sie werden hart arbeiten, um Ihnen zu helfen und, wenn Sie ein Problem haben, werden sie ihr Bestes tun, um zu helfen. Wir sind der Beweis dafür!!!

Schön, sehr sicher und gut beleuchtet. War sehr glücklich mit dem Zimmer. Es wurde aktualisiert und er sah großartig aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach. Wir werden wieder bleiben. Sehr ruhig, die Betten waren komfortabel und wir schliefen gut.

Ehrlich gesagt war das Zimmer sauber und das Personal war nett. Besonders die Nachtschiffe. Wir hatten unser Auto in der Mitte der Nacht gekratzt und das Personal war hilfreich, wie die Polizei. Wir haben alles zurück. Es wurde herausgefunden, dass es ein Paar Leute war, die im Hotel bleiben und am nächsten Tag verlassen. Anders gingen die Dinge außerhalb dieses Vorfalls (die wie gesagt gelöst wurde) wunderbar. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sie eine Einlage von 150 Dollar haben, wenn Sie ein Zimmer buchen, jedoch zu bezahlen, bevor Sie den Schlüssel erhalten. Sie erhalten es zurück, obwohl Sie sich an die Regeln des Commons halten.
