Erschöpft nach 36 Stunden Anreise: Ein arroganter, taxierender Blick der Mitarbeiterin, eine barsche, dominante Geste hin zu ihrem Arbeitsplatz und der knappe Befehl: ”Photo-ID !! Credit-Card !!” Kein 'welcome', kein Lächeln, kein Parkausweis, keine Information zum Hotel ... stattdessen ein herablassender Spruch über den gebuchten Langzeittarif - so einen miesen Empfang hat nirgendwo ein Gast verdient ... 100 % failed, Alina ! Höflichkeit und Respekt sind die Basics an jedem Front-Desk ! Der Lichtblick: Das gesamte sonstige Team macht seinen Job hier gerne und liebenswürdig; 'service with a smile' gibt diesem Haus seinen Charme. Ebenso ein absolut professionelles Complaint-Management der hilfsbereiten Manager Mandy und Allan: Individueller Service, Berücksichtigung unserer Zimmerpräferenz, eine ehrliche Entschuldigung für das inakzeptable Check-in. Das ist Marriott-Hospitality - Mandy und Allan beherrschen Guest-Relations-Management absolut perfekt - 'appreciate that !' Die Lage: Zentral und sicher im schönen, gepflegten Coconut Creek; alle Shops für den täglichen Bedarf (Publix, Walgreens etc.) nicht weit entfernt. Fahrtzeit zum Beach: Verkehrsabhängig rund 15 Minuten. Das Hotel: Erstklassig gepflegt; die Lobby lichtdurchflutet, mit dezenter Hintergrundmusik, stylisher Bar und hellem Frühstücksbereich. Der einladende Pool, umgeben von Palmen und subtropischen Pflanzen, mit vielen Liegen, Sitzecken, Sonnenschirmen und täglich frischen, weichen Handtüchern. Ebenso einladend: Das geräumige Gym mit Hanteln und guten Cardio-Geräten. Die Zimmer: Zeitgemäss, großzügig, mit voll ausgestattetem Küchenbereich und modernem, hellen Bad. On top: Sichere und gut beleuchtete Parkplätze, gebührenfrei, direkt an den fünf Hoteleingängen. Für Besucher und Urlauber im Großraum Boca Raton / Palm Beach / Ft. Lauderdale: Definitiv empfehlenswert !

I do not recommend this hotel. Before I tell you why, allow me to pinpoint a positive. The rooms contain a full-size refrigerator and stove/oven. However, unlike Airbnb apartments, the rooms at the Residence Inn do not contain cooking supplies, like seasoning and cooking oil, or cleaning supplies. The exterior of the hotel, the exercise room, and the hallways appear nice. This hotel is located in a business compound, so you dont have easy access to the neighborhood or entrance/exit of the compound. This area is not well populated so you wouldn't want to walk or run alone at night. While this hotel has an area for hot beverages and water; it doesn't have a method of refilling the hot thermoses throughout the day, so if you arrive in the afternoon or evening, then you will not have access to hot water or hot coffee. The front desk person instructed me to fill a cup with water/coffee then heat it in the microwave in my room. Hotel management trained him to relay that message, he said. That is sad and an example of poor customer service and poor management. The rooms are unclean. The carpet and couch in my room are stained; the refrigerator has crumbs and stains; the oven is stained with food; the coffee machine water cup has coffee caked inside; the non-stick pots are so old the metal is exposed; the cutlery and cookware drawers are full of crumbs and some of the cookware has food stuck on it, still. The curtain is stained and the duvet has stains that resemble blood. One of our towels had fecal streaks on it. The dining room chair looks as if it also serves as a pet toy. And last, the common area of the one bedroom suite smells musty. In conclusion, this hotel is overpriced and it contains hazards to its' clients' health. This condition is insulting to the Marriott brand and to Marriott Rewards members. I reported this issue to the front desk manager, Saida, and she promised to have the room cleaned and prepare another room in case I wasn't satisfied with the room. The room wasn't cleaned, and the new room was unclean as well. Today, Saida apologized and refunded my money for the last day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am disgusted. This hotel should be shut down.

From the very moment the hotel doors opened, the tone was set. The lobby is beautifully decorated and smelled wonderful. The first person to greet us at the front desk with a smile was Mike. He provided great customer service and was super helpful in providing insight on the hotel and surrounding area. Breakfast with Goldie was like an invitation into her home. She was very entertaining and she treated us like friends she’s known for ages. Kudos to chef Lucia whose food looked so good on our plates that other customers ordered the same thing. One request I have of Marriott is, every chance they get, to commend their staff for the wonderful job they do including those behind the scenes. The good vibes they share with others are what help make for a truly memorable and favorable experience.

Very clean, and accommodating, while I had prepaid for the room, and my husband I checked in late, at first they said they were full, but a young lady and the front desk clerk asked us if we needed a sofa bed, and we said no, and the room they gave us sans sofa, was comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs. We appreciated that.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich einen frühen Flug erwischen musste. Seit der Einführung von Ctrip ist es sehr nahe am Flughafen, aber tatsächlich gibt es zwei Flughäfen in Fort Lauderdale. Der Flughafen in der Nähe dieses Hotels ist ein kleiner Flughafen, im Grunde nichts Der Flug findet statt, und unser Flug startet und landet auf einem internationalen Flughafen (die meisten Flüge finden auf diesem Flughafen statt) und es dauert zwanzig Minuten. Das Hotel ist älter, die Gesundheit und die Umwelt sind durchschnittlich und es ist weit von der Stadt und dem Strand entfernt. Der Transport ist nicht sehr bequem. Wenn es keine Preisüberlegungen sind, müssen Sie dieses Hotel nicht wählen.

Suite im Apartmentstil, sehr schön, ein Schlafzimmer mit Küche und Wohnzimmer! Zwei 1500er Betten, Dreier-Sofa im Wohnzimmer, die Familie ist voll, der Platz ist groß, die Küche ist auch vorhanden... Kostenlose Parkplätze, Hotelzimmer, amerikanisches Frühstück, empfehlenswerter Familienurlaub!

Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über den Manager Ed sagen! Er hat uns in einer sehr schwierigen Situation sehr gut betreut. Wir brauchten einen Ort zu bleiben, da wir aus Fort Myers evakuiert werden mussten, weil der Hurrikan Ian. Ich möchte auch Samuel an der Frontdesk schreien, der sehr freundlich und hilfreich war.
