Stayed at this location for my brother's wedding. A few of my highlights include the rooms, the service, and the experience I had during my stay. Checking into the hotel, I encountered Les who had a fantastic personality. He delivered fantastic service and provided water bottles to me and my family upon request. The rooms are clean, modern, and appear to have been renovated recently. The only big concern is that the bathrooms are not ventilated, but we alleviated this by keeping the air conditioning on. Aside from this, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and the storage provided in the room was fantastic for our suits and items needed to freshen and glam-up for the wedding. Because the bride and groom were able to easily book a block for the wedding party, it was easy to check up on our family and friends as well. I also managed to get some breakfast in the morning, which was served for several hours. The breakfast was well-stocked, and I was happy to grab a few bites before running off for the day's activities. I would also like to include the fact that there is a coffee bar for guests in the lobby, but a minor inconvenience was that the roasts were lukewarm upon filling the cups. One positive is while there were several issues that I had run into, they were quickly resolved by the front desk. While these issues were trivial (with examples including locking myself out of my room or concerns regarding the keys), the front desk individuals were swift to handle these inconveniences and helped me in a kind manner. Another highlight is how Brionna, the manager, provided ample care for the wedding party by accommodating our schedule and our large group. It was fantastic having Brionna available to solve any issues and was immensely supportive and friendly during our stay. My parents had actually had concerns with neighbors harassing them in the night, but Brionna had helped us figure out a solution to give my parents their rest and prevent the neighbors from disturbing anyone else. Above all else, the experience staying at this location was phenomenal, and the staff and the accommodations felt comfortable and personal. I will not forget the kindness of the staff, especially Brionna who had been one of the group's biggest supporters (and I am happy to help out with any messes especially with such a big group). This particular location shines in its excellent staff and service that helps to provide a comfortable and accommodating stay for anyone. I highly recommend the place for any wedding groups or large events that require coordination in the area. I especially want to recognize Brionna for her kindness and charity during our stay. If I had another event near this place, I would certainly stay again.

Schön, sehr geräumig. Die Schalldämmung ist etwas schlechter, oder die alte Schönheit ist zu heftig, um sie zu hören. Ich habe jedoch Glück, dass ich die Möglichkeit habe, hier zu leben.

Es war sauber

Ich habe mehrfach an diesem Ort geblieben und habe nie enttäuscht. Deren Service ist Top-Notch und bleibt auf einem Top-Level-Post-Covid. Als Beispiel sah ich den Bartender Erica die Böden am 12.30 am Morgen zu bewegen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Ort für den Morgen bereit war. Nur ein Beispiel des Serviceniveaus, das ich an diesem Ort erwartet habe.

Große Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Vor allem war der Lebensmitteldienstleister (Michael) erstaunlich. Er war unglaublich freundlich und persönlich, während er auch professionell und super zu Hause ist. Er ist ein Kredit für die Gastfreundschaftsindustrie. Wir werden zurück sein.

This hotel offers great prices for fairly large rooms. The hotel is centrally located in King of Prussia. The KoP Mall is very close by - just a $6-7 uber trip away.
