"”Staying at Rain Airport Bed and Breakfast Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was perfect for my early morning flight, and the shuttle service made it even more convenient. I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

SStacFifiAs a solo traveller for the first time in the Philippines this was a good choice of a hotel. Upon arrival your door is opened and you are greeted by all staff with smiles on their faces. They took my luggage for me and brought it up to my room. The staff were very helpful to arrange “grab” taxi’s for me when needed.
The location was amazing as it was so close to many different attractions and little did I know, which sooner figured out Ayala Mall was right around the corner. If you forgot to pack or take anything on your trip you could easily go there and get anything you need😊. Plus there were many good places for food too.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone passing through Manila.

SSEIKOIch kam früh an und ging zur Rezeption, in der Hoffnung, mein Gepäck dort lassen zu können, aber sie bereiteten sofort ein Zimmer für mich vor.
Da es noch neu ist, sind die Zimmer und Badezimmer sauber.
Es gab kein Seidenpapier im Zimmer, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Gepflogenheiten des Landes. Wasser wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wenn Sie ein Bügeleisen wünschen, wird es Ihnen sofort gebracht.
Okada Manila ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Da es im Hotel kein Einkaufsviertel gibt, haben wir im Hotel oder im Okada Manila gegessen.
Derzeit wird eine neue Anlage direkt an den Bahnhof gebaut, so dass das Einkaufen dort in naher Zukunft einfacher werden könnte.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist in Ordnung.
Alle Mitarbeiter haben ein wundervolles Lächeln.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Übrigens gibt es in jedem Hotel eine Sicherheitskontrolle.
Ich hatte einen sicheren Aufenthalt.

MMaCE 11Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️
Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️
I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️
My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated).
During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside.

GGastnutzerDas Anwesen ist riesig, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war gut, ich habe den Zimmerservice genossen, was für mich das erste Mal war und eine wunderbare Erfahrung.
Ist gut für Kinder, sie werden es mögen. In der Nähe kann man auch wunderbar spielen. Kann den ganzen Tag hier verbringen.

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber ich schlage vor, die Sauberkeit zu überprüfen, denn als wir unser Zimmer betraten, waren Fliegen in unserem Schlafzimmer und es roch auch ein bisschen (kein Hotelgeruch).
Außerdem schlage ich vor, dass Sie bitte an der Adresse Ihres Aufzugs die Lage Ihres Swimmingpools angeben, da nur „Ballsaal“ darauf steht.
Die Lage des Bidets ist etwas verwirrend.
Ich bat um ein zusätzliches Kissen, da sie nur 1 Kissen zur Verfügung stellten.

MMeracelDer Ort ist schön und sauber, auch der Loungebereich für Essen ist gut. Das Essen ist einfach köstlich. Die Aussicht am Pool ist wunderschön. An der Theke sind nette Leute. Besonders als Naturliebhaber hatte ich einen wundervollen Moment vor ihrem Gebäude, um den Sonnenuntergang direkt auf der Brücke zu beobachten. Und ich hatte ein bisschen Zeit, um ein Foto vor ihrem Hotel zu machen. Alles andere ist gut. Es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und sie haben einen guten Taxikontakt, damit Sie sicherer zum Flughafen kommen. Ich kann diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.

AAngelica EranaDuring our stay, there was a typhoon, which caused an electricity outage and the elevator to stop for a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were inside the elevator at the time. However, the building staff were very attentive and kept us calm while we were stuck. The host was also very accommodating and replied immediately whenever we needed help or had questions. The room had a great view, right in front of the pool, and we could see the sunset perfectly. The room was also good, very relaxing, and equipped with all the necessary appliances.

YYuri88Bin am 20. März 2024 aus Taiwan angekommen und habe um 15 Uhr eingecheckt. Der Check-in-Prozess ging schnell, ich musste nur meinen Ausweis vorzeigen, das Hotelpersonal half mir mit meinem Gepäck und brachte es auf mein Zimmer. Das Sicherheitspersonal im Hotel ist auch nett.
Der Zimmerservice reichte mir sofort das Handtuch, das ich angefordert hatte.
Alles in allem ist das Red Planet Aseana der perfekte Ort, vor allem in Gehweite zu S&R 😁❤️🥳🫰
