Room is very large and there are extra pillows, always a plus! Nice bathroom and shower. Big wardrobe with a safe. Kettle for tea and coffee in the room, with sugar and creamer. On site restaurant was very good, we had dinner there. Staff are lovely. Free parking across the street. In an odd spot, sort of a ***** mall with the entrance in the middle. Very comfy. Only negative was the lamps are a bit dim, but the room has a balcony!

We stayed for 2 nights, the room for 3 was basic but very spacious, comfortable beds, how ever the bathroom area has no door, the wc and shower both have a glass door that you can totally see through, and hear everything, very embarrassing! The hotel is very big and the food is great, breakfast, dinner, drinks- all nice and not too expensive. The service was not good, our room wasn’t ready when we got there, and when we finally got to it, the third bed wasn’t ready (no towels too), the breakfast payment was very hectic, and finally when it rained they wouldn’t open the gate for us to go in the parking area because “the parking is flooded “, after 5 (!) calls on the intercom, we managed to drive in and found a small puddle, not even close to a flood (our other car wasn’t even wet!). It was really stupid and rude and just unnecessary.

Wir waren zu Freunden für 3 Tage im Winselerhof und haben Golfurlaub und Tagesbesuch in Maastricht in dieser Zeit miteinander verbunden. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Hotel etwas außerhalb, aber dafür mitten im Grünen und wunderbar ruhig. Der Service war wirklich herausragend freundlich, das Essen abends auf der Terrasse des Restaurants oder im Innenhof sehr gut. Vielen Dank nochmals dem sehr freundlichen Team des Hotels. We stayed here for a night and it’s basic and fine. The breakfast just had the necessities like some eggs, bread, cheese, ham, etc. but it was good. They also had a nice coffee machine so if you want to drink a cappuccino you can! While the breakfast area was small, it was enough to seat quite a few guests. When we arrived (I believe it was around 8:30am) there were tables that were not cleared yet and during our breakfast only one of those tables was cleared and cleaned which is something they could improve so the guests don’t have to stare at trash all the time. The room did not have a fan or an airconditioning, which is fine, but we also could not open the windows at night because they did not have screens and there were quite a lot mosquitoes and other unwelcome guests waiting to get into our room. The windows were also extremely dirty which is quite disgusting since they open inwards. The beds were clean and the mattress was soft and surprisingly comfortable! The bathroom had soap and showergel/conditioner attached to the wall and the showerhead was small but powerful. For the elderly there was a chair in the shower so you could sit down. The towels were clean and there were two shower towels per person. (the smell in the room also gave away a lot of elderly stay there) The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful so for people wanting to cycle or hike its perfect. Outside the hotel is a seating area where you can drink something. The seats were comfortable and there was plenty of shade. While you drink your cold beverage you can enjoy the view of a small lake and fountain separating the hotel from a main road. We read online this was a 2 star hotel but it was worth 4 stars. In our opinion everything was fine but compared to other 2 and 3 star hotels we stayed at it is definitely not worth 4 stars. Definitely a hotel to consider for an event so you basically only have to sleep there. Dienst war gut. Zimmer komplett. Frühstück gut betreut und eine große Auswahl. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer über dem Irish Pub. Das ist schön wertlos. Bis 4.00 Stunde keine Augen geschlossen. Trotz der Fenster dicht Ventilator, auch keine Klimaanlage, und war sehr warm ....Diese Zimmer über dem Pub sollten eigentlich nutt verwendet werden ......

Hotel Brull is located in a nice small village between the hills of southern Limburg and a great starting point for cycling or hiking through the area. The exterior is amazing, with 3 different terraces, so always sun and a nice view. The people from the hotel are super kind and helpfully. Breakfast was more then enough, and eventhough we had to deal with corona measurements it was possible to eat at your room or outside on the terrace. We had a Deluxe room which was spacious. I've read complaints about rooms not being sounds proof but that was minimal. The building is dated from 1700 something, so we call it (sound/noize) the charms of such a historic building! It is a historical venue with character and a beautiful courtyard. The rooms as spacious but old outfitted. Parking is outside exposed to the elements, and the restaurant is not always opened. The staff speaks several languages, the breakfast is abundant, and the location is ideal to reach the town center and walk in the woods. It is a good place but not one I would necessary choose above other options

In Heerlen you got several options for a hotel , if you are in need - whenever I can I will go for the Kasteel TerWorm ... been here before , and I think I will be there again ... So arriving before noon is typically not the best at any hotel, no difference here on the topic - the lady at the reception was kind and get me the key and all the forms - but she asked me kindly to wait till my room will be ready - I went for a walk in the garden and surroundings , you have some picks attached to the review. Room was at the ground level in the courtyard building, room 14 - I got - and it was very clean , spacious and with a good size bathroom that had a tub and a shower - depending on what you want. Bed was comfortable - the minibar for free .... breakfast - a nice selection of buffet, eggs, meat , etc ... so everything for everybody. To distance a bit customers you could choose breakfast till 9 or after 9 ... so to split a bit the guests. Outside my room - I had room 14 - there were 2 chairs at a table and a decorative bush in that bush a duck was nesting between the branches - such a nice thing. Overall I had a very good stay - with helpful staff and a very good hotel experience and for sure if I go to Heerlen again , I would choose the same hotel for my stay. I recommend you try it and if you don't like it just blame it on me .....
