Es ist sicher ein bisschen von einem Zug zu/von diesem Hotel zu kommen, wenn Ihre Treffen/Ferien im Zentrum von Rotterdam sind (25 Minuten Taxi oder 60+ Minuten im öffentlichen Verkehr), aber das Hotel selbst ist wirklich sehr gut. Große, helle und moderne Zimmer (viele übersehen einen Kanal und Park), ein perfekt gutes Restaurant/Bar und sehr freundlicher Service. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, als ich über meine Grumpigkeit über die Lage kam.

Leider nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, die Mitarbeiter sind zwar alle nett und zuvorkommend, leider hat das Housekeeping nicht immer sauber gemacht, mal fehlten Handtücher, mal war nichts gemacht. Das Gute am Hotel ist der kostenfreie Parkplatz und der Kühlschrank und der Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Für eine Nacht ok, für einen langen Aufenthalt wie wir ihn hatten nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bar im Hotel ist auch ganz gut, Auswahl an Getränken passte auch. Aber auch hier war schon mal ein Abend geöffnet aber keine Bedienung, nach 10 min wieder gegangen. Die Einrichtung ist schon in einigen Zimmern recht abgewohnt und die Badezimmer waren alle nicht mehr wirklich schön anzusehen.

Gemütliches Familienhotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und herzlich. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, keine Notwendigkeit zu zahlen. Das Frühstück ist klassisch. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr warm und gemütlich, der Nachteil ist, dass es zu wenige Ladestecker im Zimmer gibt und die Badewanne im Badezimmer sehr klein ist

The hotel was easy to get to, although note that there is a lot of road construction works going on in the area and road closures made me have to circle the area a few times to try to find an entrance to the car park The check in process was quick & efficient and my room was on the first floor. You have to use your key card in the elevator as well as the door to the corridor, there seems to be a technique to it as I had to put the card into the reader & out again a few times before it worked The hotel had good Wi-Fi that worked well throughout, although if I remember right, I think it restricted me to only 2 devices The room had 2 single beds with a beside table in between. I took the bed beside the window as there was more room at that side, the other bed only had a narrow ***** at the door. The room had a lots of storage, coffee facilities, lounge chair and foot rest as well as a table area & chair but the table was quite narrow & it definitely didn’t work for working on a laptop. It was quite warm when I was there but there is AC/heating & the window fully opens, but you are close to a main motorway so there is traffic noise. I did sleep really well though as the bed was comfy The bathroom had a good size basin with good space beside for all your toiletries. The shower was more like a wet room beside the sink with a dividing wall. It worked OK & the shower pressure & temperature was good The hairdryer was small & attached to the wall of the bathroom by the cord. The cord wasn’t long and I had to stand close to the wall to move it around my head, plus could only stand sideways to the mirror. It worked fine, but the annoying thing is you have to hold the button in for it to work which started to get sore and I have shoulder length hair The hotel has a gym on the first floor, you have to walk along the side of the restaurant to reach it. It consisted of 4 machines, cross trainer, stationary bike, treadmill & rowing machine, which all were pretty good, but there isn’t any more room in the room to do any other exercises. There were no towels when I arrived but someone got some for me, there was limited sanitation to wipe down equipment and there was no water provision I didn’t have breakfast in the restaurant but I did have dinner there. The dinner menu has a good selection and you get bread to nibble on while you wait. I had a main salad one night, which was nice, but be careful, it was huge with 2 chicken breasts. I also had the the salmon with veg & potatoes, again nice, the potatoes had a creamy sauce on them which I couldn’t identify but was tasty. The hotel has a small bar as well Overall this was a comfortable hotel with good facilities

Have to give this hotel five stars. It ticks all the boxes. Well appointed room with windows that open to allow fresh air into the room. Seperate toilet and shower. Climate control and a fridge. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the very friendly and helpful staff.

Ik kon de hele nacht niet slapen door de lawaai van de auto’s in snelweg. Elke dag komt schoonmaker naar je kamer maar de Vuile handdoeken worden niet vervangen! Heel slechte kussen die je helemaal niet lekker voelt tijdens slapen! koude kamer. De verwachting ligt onder achter de bureau en daar kan je alleen warm voelen, Geen koffie apparaat in de kamer en de water koker was heel vies! Mooie restaurant maar voor iemand die vegetarisch is niet veel keuze gemaakt! Sommige personeels waren lief maar ook staat iemand bij de receptie die onwelkome gevoel aan je geeft!

Das Hotel ist in den letzten 9 Jahren regelmäßig auf Geschäftsreisen zu besuchen, so haben Sie einen ziemlich guten Vergleich, wie es sich in den Jahren veränderte. 1. Personal an der Rezeption ist hart und nicht hilfreich. Ich wollte auf 01/02 anmelden und wurde mit ”was Sie wollen” in Englisch von lang blonde Haarfrau auf dem Vordertafel begrüßt.... Kein Hallo oder guter Nachmittag. 2. Kein Restaurantmenü im Zimmer oder online verfügbar. Ich konnte es nicht im Zimmer so genannte Front Desk. Die Dame am Rezeption sagte mir, nach unten zu gehen, ein Foto des Menüs und bestellen Sie nach unten oder telefonisch. Angesichts der Zimmerservice ist hier ziemlich teuer, ist das ziemlich lächerlich. 3. Keine Sicherheit hinsichtlich der Gepäcklagerung - „verlassen Sie, nehmen Sie, was Sie wollen“ Ansatz. Fehlende Namenstags oder ähnliches. 3. Qualität der im Restaurant servierten Mahlzeiten ist gesunken 4. Schön, die Hotelzimmer endlich mit dem schönen Re-Touch zu sehen und das super freundliche Nachmittagsrestaurant und Barteam ist noch da und ändert sich nicht über die Jahre.
