GGastnutzerWir sind ein Paar aus Australien und ich spreche nur ein wenig Japanisch. Das war eine wirklich wunderbare Erfahrung! Das Personal war so freundlich und freundlich, uns Hilfe zu geben war kein Problem für sie. Die Lage ist erstaunlich, die private Esel war glorreich und das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren größer als wir möglicherweise essen konnten (und wir lieben unser Essen). Der Preispunkt für diese Erfahrung war so gut - fantastische Wert für Geld. Ich empfehle das jedem, der ein kleines Abenteuer im Herzen des ländlichen Japans will.
Wenn Sie die Chance erhalten, auch Minamiaso zu besuchen (sie werden Sie dort ohne zusätzliche Kosten) für den Tag, nehmen Sie ein paar E-Bike und fahren Sie um- nehmen in der schönen Landschaft und wunderschöne Lebensmitteloptionen.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car.
The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room.
We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous.
There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.

GGastnutzerThe resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano.
Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

KKarVery good dinner & breakfast. But room abit old, can’t accept it has no shower in the room, you need to go to onsen to shower. Onsen quality soso, not strong flavour and temperature is not that hot like others.

AA TseTop notch friendly front desk staffs with smiling face all the time. Service is excellent, they even help me to park my car and take my luggage to the room. My room has a private onsen and it was surprisingly big. The public onsen in the hotel is also very nice particularly the outdoor pool where you can hear natural water flowing sound from the stream below. The dinner was great even though I am not a big fan of horse meat. Cleanliness and tidiness is impressive. Breakfast was in Japanese style, but you can still have a cup of drip filtered coffee. Overall I love this hotel very much and will prefer to stay there if I happen to go there again.

Da die Unterkunft jedoch an einem Bach liegt, kann das Rauschen des Wassers etwas störend sein.
Auch die Wasserqualität und Temperatur der heißen Quelle waren sehr passend.

GGastnutzerFrom already travelled to another rakuten villa, I came with high expectation. I can definitely say that the villa is on par with the other ones. It has a very big living space, very well cleaned, newly built, plenty of equipments and amenities. I believe what stands out the most is the private Onsen and sauna, which is not offered in many places.
Travelers would want to travel here when there is day light, I went during the night and it was pitch black, the road is narrow, windy and uphill which required high level of cautiousness.
Overall a highly recommend this place when travelling to nearby region.

YYunJu, BaeIch habe eine Reservierung für einen Besuch im Dorf Kurokawa Onsen gemacht. Ich hatte Bedenken, mit dem Bus zu meiner Unterkunft zu gelangen, aber nach der Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Gastgeber konnte ich bequemer hin- und herfahren! : ) Auch die Unterkunft ist sagenhaft! Die Luft in der Natur ist so frisch und die umliegende Landschaft ist so schön. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und sauber und vor allem ist der Gastgeber sehr nett. Der Charme einer Pension liegt im Umgang mit Menschen! Ich habe in den zwei Nächten, die ich dort war, sechs oder sieben Leute kennengelernt und es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht, sich nach Feierabend im Hotel zu treffen und zu plaudern! Ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder mit meinen Freunden kommen. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber!

GGastnutzerThis is a great place to stay if you want to be in a peaceful and quiet location. It is in the village with not much disturbances. The owner is very helpful and try to answer your questions about bus and train services in the area. You can find some local restaurants nearby using your Google map. The restaurants are close around 3 to 4 pm most days. The closing hours for the restaurants are not accurate. This is a small town; if they don’t have costumers after a certain hours in the evening, they will be closed. Be mindful about that and come prepared with snacks and food!
