****DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.**** Should have paid attention to the reviews. Mass of party guests arriving by 7pm. Full blown wedding reception by 8pm. Went out for dinner and came back to a night club party by 10pm. Just like other reviews stated, this place is obviously an event hosting location first, masquerading as a hotel second. I waited until half past midnight before asking what time the noise would be over because we were being kept awake. I was told 'about another half hour'. The party continued on past 1am and was then followed by a cleaning crew that rattled dishes, clashed bottles together and voices echoed long into the night cleaning up after all the party goers. Still lying awake, I heard the AC in my room turn off somewhere around 2am - the last thing keeping me comfortable. Woke up to grounds keepers mowing lawns promptly at 0800 outside my window that was now open because I had no AC. Aside from the night club outside my window at 1am, the rest of the hotel didn't impress either. I took a swim in the pool which was nice until you looked at the pool bottom and sides with alge uncleaned. The pool deck was abysmal. Empty liquor bottles, pop bottles, and water bottles littered about, sun beds in dissaray, wet towels still laying on deck chairs, dirty ash trays and not a soul to be seen. The pool was cool and refreshing and deep. Nice to swim I guess. Wi-Fi was mediocre. The staff was also peculiar. Check in desk answering the phone in between trying to check us in - rude, no friendly greeting or welcome, asked for a bottle opener for our room and reception didn't want to give us one so told us they needed to open our wine for us instead, told to get wine glasses from the bar but bar attendant looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked for 2 wine glasses. It's unfortunate, the hotel grounds are quite beautiful and there is a ton of potential. Rooms are small but I found them clean. Bathroom is small but clean. Continental breakfast was acceptable. The BEST part of this story if you're still reading, is at checkout. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction (no one cared to ask how my stay was before asking for payment) the reception didn't even blink an eye. There was ZERO remorse or empathy or literally any physical sign of care. Not even so much as an apology. I mentioned the issues I had and was told repeatedly there was nothing to be done except told to speak to a manager who wasn't available of course. When I asked the reception if all other guests should just be expected to deal with others partying and not having any regard for the time of the evening, I was told 'Yes'. Please Please don't bother staying here. It's just not worth it. Congratulations to the bride and groom, hope your stay was enjoyable - mine wasn't. Wish I could post the video here I took at 1am of your party from my bedroom window. Astonishingly poor stay, avoid avoid avoid.

The great hotel is overrated at 4 stars. Only the lobby was 4 stars. I feel there it should be between two and three stars. It is a functional out of town hotel that serves group tourism or those travelling with their own cars.. They are no restaurants close to the hotel Hindi hotel restaurant itself offered no vegetarian choices beyond the ministrone soup. Proposed hotel they was no electric kettle to make tea. The two elevators are far too insufficient for the guest load and we had to wait several minutes just go up.

Das B&B Palace befindet sich in der Nähe des Schlossviertels Rifredi in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, nicht sehr weit vom Zentrum von Florenz erreichen kann mit Mitteln in ca. 20'. Das B&B ist eine wunderschöne Familienvilla renoviert ist in der Rezeption von Herrn Mario und seinem Bruder Alessio. Die Zimmer sind vier mit Stil und Geschmack ausgestattet. Mario und seine Schwiegermutter zwei wunderschöne Menschen und bereit, immer zwei Gespräche zu führen. Dieser Parkplatz ist sowohl im Außen- als auch im Inneren, gut Frühstück mit frischen Produkten. Sehr empfohlene Struktur vor allem für diejenigen, die auch ein wenig Ruhe suchen. Danke für alles, wir werden sicher zurückkommen. Christus, Joseph, Federica, Teresa, Vera, Selig von der Provinz Venedig!

Es liegt in einem Industriegebiet, aber es ist nicht so schlimm, ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in 8 Minuten Entfernung, von der aus Sie mit dem Bus zu einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle gelangen. Es ist sauber, hübsch und gut.

Nice hotel but quite far away from all attractions. Typical chain hotel. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned it a decent standard.. We had family room. Double bed and pull out bed for two kids. Pull out bed was quite small for our very tall 10 year old daughter to share with her 7 year old brother. Swimming pool was nice a clean. Tight rules around it’s use. Closes at 8pm. Whole pool was 1.5m Deep which is not great for young kids that can’t swim. No drinks allowed poolside. Must be drank in area outside fenced area of the pool. So no drinking on sun loungers.. Hotel food was great. Staff friendly. Had 1kg Florentine steak one night. Excellent. A typical taxi fare into city centre could be anywhere between €20 to €33 depending on the driver. Not much to do in local area.

Dieses Hotel war großartig, komfortable Betten... Zimmer gereinigt jeden Tag, schöner Blick von unserem Zimmer und alle Einrichtungen tatsächlich funktioniert (TV/Badezimmer/Haartrockner/Wifi) Allessio und Marisa sind ein großes Vermögen für das Hotel die freundlichsten Menschen je 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 wenn nur sie Arbeitete an der Rezeption auch sie würden die Kunden sehr willkommen fühlen mit dort großem Lächeln und wunderbaren Service.

We spent a week at Hotel Miro', gathering our family from Abu Dhabi, Yorkshire and Cyprus in order to scout wedding locations around Tuscany. The hotel is strategically placed near the highway and at a 5 min walk from the railway station (20 min from downtown Florence). A wide, free and guarded, hotel parking is available for travelers. The great staff courtesy was undoubtedly very much appreciated both at the reception and at the breakfast room (Mr Giovanni served our daily unforgettable cappuccinos with the smile and aplomb of a skilled butler!). Rooms are spacious, even for the ones used to ”Dubai standards”, clean, quiet and well kept. A/C worked properly without noise and the free Wi-Fi did its job as expected. Vending machines and a good pool table are in the hall. We didn't try all facilities being busy around; hence we missed the gym. Minor issues have been always fixed promptly by the careful staff and their amazing manager, a profound connoisseur of Tuscan culture, habits and, of course, food! Any advice and suggestion? Just ask Mr Dini! I strongly recommend Hotel Miro' to anyone willing to visit Florence and its surroundings in full relax in a high value-for-money retreat.

Wir waren für 3,5 Wochen im Mai / Juni im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt absolut traumhaft. Der Strand ist einzigartig und durch das vorgelagerte Riff ist das Baden ohne Probleme möglich, da die Wellen des Atlantiks ca. 150 Meter vom Strand entfenrt am Riff brechen. Ich kann in manchen vorherigen Bewertungen nicht verstehen, dass man Dinge fotografiert die wirklich lächerlich sind. Wenn ich zum Beispiel ein Bild sehe wo der Sonnenschirm am Strand ein Loch hat kann ich dies nicht nachvollziehen. Diese Dächer werden von Fremdfirmen gemacht und man kann nicht wegen jedem Schirm der ein Loch hat eine Firma kommen lassen, dies ist zu teuer. Wir hatten auch einmal einen Schirm wo das Dach nicht mehr 100 prozentig war, aber solche Dinge mit Bild in der Bewertung zu bringen, ist für mich schon etwas neben der Spur. Leute wenn diese Dinge für euch ein Problem darstellen dann bleibt lieber zu Hause. Die deutsche Welle konnte man im Fernseher nicht empfangen. Hing laut unserem Reiseleiter damit zusammen, dass der Sender im Süden der Insel steht und die Signale durch die Berge im Norden nicht zu empfangen sind. Wer der englischen Sprache mächtig ist, kann dann über die englischen Sender zum Beispiel Nachrichten ansehen, was in der augenblicklichen Zeit nicht unwichtig ist. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. An das ganze Team herzlichen Dank wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei euch, macht weiter so, ihr seid super. Drei Wochen Traumurlaub. Wir kommen, wenn wir gesund bleiben dürfen, nächstes Jahr wieder. Der Transfer ist mit ca. drei - dreieinhalb Stunden, wir landeten in Santiago weil der Flughafen in Puerto Plata in dieser Zeit wegen Arbeiten an der Rollbahn gesperrt war, etwas länger wie man sonst Transfers hat, aber dafür sieht man unheimlich viel von der wunderschönen Landschaft. Für den Rückflug würde ich wieder einen Abflug ab Santo Domingo wählen. Nächstes Jahr werden wir wieder einen Gabelflug machen, also den Hinflug nach Puerto Plata und den Rückflug ab Santo Domingo, wenn Santo Domingo aus Deutschland nicht direkt angeflogen wird. Wenn wie vor 2020 es wieder möglich ist nach und ab Samana zu fliegen ist dies natürlich die Ideallösung. Man kann am Strand nach Las Terrenas laufen ca. 1,0 bis 1,5 Stunden, oder man nimmt sich ein Taxi vor dem Hotel. Die Kosten liegen bei Euro oder Dollar 10,00 pro Fahrt für bis zu 6 Personen. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Samana gemacht der sehr schön war. Gebucht haben wir ihn bei Kelvin Nr. 17 am Strand. Kann ich bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Suite welche einwandfrei war. Unsere Klimaanlage war leise und die Temperatur konnte man exakt einstellen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht zu hören, absolut leise. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Wir haben in den 3,5 Wochen sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bad war sehr groß und es hat alles funktioniert. Unser Zimmermädchen war super freundlich und es wurde alles jeden Tag sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Es war in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging seh
