Es war eine solo-Reise, das Hotel ist anständig für einen drei-Sterne-und für den Preis, den ich bekam, für 2 Nächte geblieben, das Hotel scheint ein wenig verbracht zu sein, denke ich viele Leute bleiben in diesem Hotel

Stayed post wedding for 2 nights, room amenities were good, lawn was beautiful. Room was spacious and the services were satisfactory. Food wasn't overpriced. Only shortcoming could only be the absence of a balcony, but no complaints!

Wanted to visit an ailing relative who is staying very close to this guest house. Krishnam is on the main road, identifying was not an issue. Property must be 25 to 30 years old but maintained clean. Staff speak only hindi, which makes life difficult for a chennaite. I didn't try their food as i wanted to taste local good from restaurants nearby. In few minutes walk one can find good veg and non veg food outlets but either one need to eat standing or take parcel to the room. Dining out is also possible in places like para m food plaza(veg. Tea stalls, juice stalls, groceries, medical shops are near by. One can get autos anytime til night from the nearby signal. One who wants to spend around 1000 inr and get basic stay without compromising hygiene i would say this is a good choice in govindpuri.

Highly disappointed with this booking, during the booking process I had clearly mentioned that we need single bed and to assure made an effort to call and reconfirm as well and same was assured by Ms. Lovely over phone call. I had mentioned her specifically that I should reach hotel by 6 pm since I am driving down from Mussoorie to Gwalior (12 Hrs. Of Drive) But on arrival by 6:30pm we were offered with twin bed and kept us waiting. For good half an hour I was trying to explain and hotel team kept on defending to that extended they mentioned all the premium rooms have only twin beds and when I asked them if that's the case then why there is option of choosing bed between single bed or twin bed. And they kept us on switching room one from another for another 15 minutes then I insisted to meet the manager. Then Mr. Mosin came to pacify and tried to make me understand its not a big deal, then help me to understand why it took 45 minutes to offer room as per booking specifications that to checking in 6 hrs late then standard check in time. Confusion continued to restaurant as well, as per my meal plan breakfast & dinner was part of package & for this also I spoke to Ms. Lovely that we have to order from ala carte menu if buffet is not there. After dining at there terrace restaurant I had kept on clarifying about my discussion with Ms. Lovely. It was very embarrassing seating with family and all this stupid stuff and I end up paying additional amount post booking my meal as part of package. I should never recommend this to anyone, please check on ground reality before associating with such kind of hotels. Highly disappointed, I want compensation against all this harassment and embarrassment. Pramod Dwivedi

Property location is close to bus stand and railway station i. E. 2-3 km. Food menu includes veg & non veg both options but prices are on a higher note. Once can easily find good options outside hotel or can swiggy/zomato if required. There is a problem with lift, sometimes it stopped working and you have to carry your luggage by your own. Property also includes banquet which sometimes create loud noise of music that can affect your stay specially in night. But overall it was a good stay in per day. We were also allowed early check-in without any extra cost. It should be asked first clearly before reaching on any agreement. I will love to stay in the same property again if i got a chance to visit gwalior due to its location and room.

Its a good enough stay considering tariff of hotel. Room and washroom were clean, ac was working and crowd coming in hotel was decent. Staff was as o very cooperating. Food could be better as it was a bit oily.

The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.
