Amazing for a budget hotel. Stayed here only for resting after a Bromo trip. Toilet is nice, room is small but very functional. Breakfast is superb I really love the arrangement and the varieties of food. Recommended

Dieses neue Hotel befindet sich im Herzen der Stadt Surabaya. Das Hotel ist sauber, komfortabel und das Hotelpersonal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Es gibt viele 24-Stunden-Restaurants in der Fastfood-Kette, Straßen-Food-Verkäufer und Komfort-Shops rund um das Hotel. Es dauert nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (eine der größten Mall in Surabaya) Das Zimmer ist nicht so geräumig, sondern es ist sauber und komfortabel. Glücklicherweise habe ich Zimmer im 16. Stock, so hat es auch eine schöne Stadtlandschaft von Surabaya. Das Essen war ok, Frühstücksbuffet hat mehrere Wahlen für lokales Essen. Und das Restaurant sieht modern und gemütlich genug aus. Sie werden viel Lächeln von den Hotelpersonal erhalten, während Sie bleiben. Und sie sind auch sehr hilfreich. Und sicher, ich werde wieder in dieses Hotel.

Ich weiß, dieses Hotel ist ziemlich alt, aber klassisch und wert den Preis. Das Zimmer ist sehr breit, ich mag es so sehr. Denn heute alle neuen Hotels sind einfach standard und kleinen wie Studio-Typ. Dieses Hotel ist familienfreundlich, wegen des großen Zimmers und der gesamten Anlage, die wir alle benötigten. Nicht so hoch, aber die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist immer noch gut. Surabayaaaa, was kann man sonst als Stadtblick sehen? Haha. Jedenfalls, sehr empfohlen für diejenigen, die große Zimmer und nahe von der Geschäft, Lebensmittelzentrum, und alles, was Sie brauchen.

room is cozy and clean the foods are delicious the service is excellent, every employee always give a warm smile everytime we passed by the only downside for me is for the prayer room on 2nd floor i hope they will improve the cleanliness for this room especially the wudhu space which is basically more of a bathroom rather than an actual wudhu space overall it was a nice stay

Ich kam in dieses Hotel für drei Tage und zwei Nächte Aufenthalt. Der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel wegen der Lage wählen würde. Die Preise um 250K, die ich durch eine OTA reserviert habe, war erschwinglich. Die Zimmergröße für mich ist ok und das Badezimmer war ok, da es ein zwei-Sterne-Hotel war und bietet begrenzte Einrichtungen. Kein Kaffee und Teehersteller, aber sie haben eine sichere Depotkasse. Das Zimmer war nicht klangfest. Ich war im 6. Stock geblieben und das Geräusch aus der Straße konnte klar vom Zimmer gehört werden. Auch sollte der Blitz besser sein, weil ich die Lampe angeschaltet hatte und es nicht genug war, um zu decken. Dieses Hotel bietet Ihnen kostenloses Mineralwasser. Auch wenn Sie Ihre eigene Flasche mitbringen, gibt es in jedem Stock einen Wasserdispenser! Wenn Sie also ein erschwingliches Hotel im Zentrum von Surabaya wählen, sollten Sie diese wählen. Der Tunjungan Plaza direkt vor Ihrem Hotel und auch 3 nahegelegene Restaurants (McDonald's, Pizza Hut und KFC) direkt neben Ihrem Hotel.

Große Erfahrung während ich in diesem Hotel geblieben bin. FAST check in und check out, großartig Frühstück mit verschiedenen Menüs und natürlich lecker. Und schließlich, aber nicht zuletzt, war Alaya Spa groß mit entspannender Behandlung, die von MITA (Masseur) handhabt. Sie wird sicher zurück sein.
