"This is the 4th time staying at the hotel. It has always been great except for one thing. The beds are awful. Old, creaky, lumpy and very uncomfortable. This let's the hotel down . Otherwise, always a nice stay."

"Second part of my stay. The flat is great - has everything you need from fridge, cooking tools and washing machine, but only if they work!
The fridge was out of service on the last two days. When you call the service hotlines, they answer your calls quickly and would try to find a solution. But they don’t have 24/7 maintenance staff like other hotels.
It’s a great place to stay, but be prepared you need to call the local hotline whenever you have questions about your stay."

"We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point.
We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92.
The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items.
I’d definitely stay again."
