I was on my way home and just needed somewhere close to the A1. I was pleasantly surprised by the good size room, comfy bed and spotless bathroom. I’d had a difficult journey and the staff were lovely, helping me to relax. The receptionist found me a nicer room than my original booking and the barman had a nice chilled glass of rosé for me.

Had such an amazing experience was meeting family I'd not seen in ages so that in its self was exciting for me. Then was served by Macey in the bar area who joined us for a chat and was just such a pleasant girl who was so welcoming and just gave us amazing service throughout the evening. All the staff were friendly and very attentive GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ***** The hotel is of a high cleanliy standard and the room smelt lush dont know what it was. This is definitely a place I would recommend and will definitely return. Thanks to all the team.

Hier war es für das Wochenende auf der oberen Etage. Empfangsmitglied sehr hilfreich und angenehm. Zimmer kürzlich renoviert und brillant abgesehen von keine Löffel in die Lampen, so war es ein sehr Bright Zimmer, als nur die Deckenlichter arbeiten. ( Der Empfangsmann sagte, es sei, weil sie die richtigen Größen Bubbles neu bestellen?). Liebte die neue Dekor. Hatte ein bisschen Arbeit, um Kanäle im Fernsehen zu finden, aber es war eine schöne große Wand montiert. Air con war gut und das Zimmer schön warm. Ich mochte die Tatsache, dass die Fenster geöffnet wurden. Bad klein, aber sehr sauber und adäquat. Dusche nicht so mächtig. Korridore ein bisschen zu dunkel... konnte mit einer leichteren Farbe machen. Aber das Bett... sowohl die Matratzen und Kissen...Wow... so komfort es war schwer zu entkommen!! Reinigungspersonal hilfreich. Das Restaurant nicht zum Abendessen oder Frühstück verwendet. Freitag Abend war es völlig leer und Samstag Abend war es mit einer privaten Party heißen. Wir haben die nahe gelegenen Restaurants zum Essen verwendet. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

We have just stayed here for 2 nights for a local event. The hotel is very clean,warm and homely. It has a cottage feel about it and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Room lovely,very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious,freshly prepared and good choice too. Thank you for a lovely stay

Wir blieben 2 Nächte im Hotel und fanden das Zimmer wirklich komfortable, das Personal wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir nutzten nicht die Spa-Anlagen, wie immer zu spät angekommen, aber der Pool sah wirklich einladend aus. Die Lage war auch gut, nur wenige Minuten von der M1. Ich würde ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ausführlich empfehlen.

We are a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. We pre booked our table for 7,30pm. We got there a bit early, but were able to be seated straight away. We were in Henry 111 restaurant. We were very impressed with the service we got from our waitress and others. I asked for no tomato and no onions on my burger, and that was clearly noted. The food was well presented and very tasty. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. We got married here, so to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary was a very special evening.

I just wanted to mention that me and two of my colleagues came in earlier in the week (for the first time) for some food as we have recently moved in to a new office in the area and we were all very impressed with the level of good old fashioned customer service that we received from Trish. She really went above and beyond and it was hugely appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and just wanted to say thank you. Luke
